Hi! Everything sounds great, but there is a question - if you charge 350$/hour and you clean everyday or every other day, how much is Airbnb itself? It means Airbnb should costs 1000$/night, isn't it?
Keep at it… what makes the most is a subscription model. What I love about this video is that your a business man with a real home not a fact high rise like these you tube ads HEY YOU WANT TI MAKE MILLIONS HIT THE LINK IN THE LINK dammmmm I can’t stand those guys ad’s that say they make millions and their in a den. 😂

I love these videos. They are inspiring. I will try to do a cordoning business soon. While seeing these videos really had encouraged me. That I can do it. At least try. Thanks
Cristobal, I am really impressed with your business and process, but there is one thing I don’t understand, how can you possibly charge such high per hour rates for cleaning? I am in the NY market and when I look at cleaning fees they never go higher than $100 on Airbnb. How can the Airbnb owner afford to pay you $250 or $350 an hour to come and clean every day? That seems very difficult when the majority of Airbnb properties go for less than that a night.
For the linens and bottles that need to refilled (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, etc), who supplies the units with these items? I see you have a bunch of linens in the storage garage but with no labels pertaining to specific units just sizes. How do you know what linens go to which units?
I worked for a company like this once. As a cleaner. I had to provide all my own cleaning supplies and the driving was awful. I was maybe getting paid $15 an hour with all the driving and supplies. Then Covid happened. Then it ended. And I was invited to do private homes. I get paid $45 an hour. They provide all their own cleaning supplies plus they clean their own rags. And the drive is 2 minutes. Plus I’m cleaning for families, not random stranger germs. Maybe this is a good business for him. But I prefer to do my own private home cleanings. I can choose my Clients/homes. And get paid 3x as much.
I was driving 30-50 miles per day to pick up linens. And they didn’t always provide a washer and dryer. What a nightmare. So I was getting about $10-15 per hour. That’s like way below poverty level where I live.
Also I now never request jobs. I’m Known on the whole island for my reputation. I turn down people. I’m in high demand. So no need for advertising nor business cards. People know I’m very good at what I do. So I choose my clients. They don’t choose me.
Thanks for sharing your story, and we're sorry to hear that your first job didn't work out for you. Kudos to your current career now; it looks like things are working out well for you! 😊
16:11 Entertaining vid! .. I’m still kinda lost tho lol. I’m watching while getting ready so maybe I missed something, but as a detailer I really just wanna know some type of price breakdown because I know how much airbnb charges a day and always seem those are hard customers, but I follow a lady on TikTok saying she does 10k a day, with offices, like 250 a office that she cleans in 30 mins.. like wtf and she changes up the time a lot. I was confused on whether he was cleaning, or teaching courses or airbnb itself for the first half 😂 but I kind of get it now, but still all the extra vlogging, and gym and daughter drop off is cool lol but more so filler for me, I wanna kno how he doing 4k a day, somebody explain
you act like 22-25 is some outrageous wage in todays economy. 22-25 is what 20 was a couple years ago. Of course this will vary state to state, but for the most part 22-25 really isn't crazy unless you're working some OT.
How can that work out for the owner of the airbnb if they rent the unit for lets say $250 for the day but it cost the same to clean it there is no profit. hotels can clean after every customer that uses it as its an inhouse service but if the average ticket tfor even a condo one or two bedroom is $250.00 there is no bennift to the owner something is misssing from this equation...
While starting a business might seem straightforward, attracting and keeping clients requires dedication, effective marketing, and exceptional customer service.
There are several ways to find good helpers for your cleaning service. It's important to thoroughly screen and interview potential candidates to ensure they have the necessary skills and experience for the job. :)

This is actually something i want to know for a long time
We only take on Airbnb customer who have houses as airbnbs, they charge up to $900 per night, they can easily afford the higher rates
Do you do your own laundry for the airbnbs or do you source it out?
How does the linen inventory work? do you ask each Airbnb to keep the same linens or do you save multiple for each unit?
He mentioned asking the clients to get 3 of each so it can go into a cycle! ☺️
