In my view, success hinges on one's performance and personality. Some individuals excel in outbound, while others thrive in inbound. Here are some scenarios: Outbound: Engage in cold calling to reach out to HOAs, real estate agents, general contractors, and property managers; these can provide both commercial and residential opportunities. Inbound: Target the same audience through inbound strategies like PPC campaigns. Although you only attract those actively searching online, your closing ratio should be higher. Whereas, outbound efforts can even capture those contemplating without actively searching, only providing a larger pool of leads. Personally, I favor the inbound approach, which better aligns with my disposition against pressure buying techniques. I prefer entering a facility perceived as the problem-solver rather than the guy who is there to push my services. However, both strategies are effective when done right, and in an ideal scenario, leveraging both would be optimal.
Absolutely, I've included it in my upcoming videos list. Meanwhile, let me provide the gist: the goal is to train your brain to embrace rejection and transform it into a game. Each day, your objective is to accumulate a set number of "Nos." As you gather these rejections, you move closer to a "Yes" because your likelihood of reaching someone at the opportune moment improves. For instance, you would make calls to potential leads until you achieve 50 Nos on a given day.
I know it has taken me a while, but alas, we are here. Here is the link to the requested video. Hope you will benefit from this mindset shift as I did: ruclips.net/video/xoasAF84cX8/видео.html
I would greatly appreciate the cold calling scripts? We are utilizing cold calling but unsure how to structure a script that doesn't sound too salesly yet effective
Certainly, this can be done. Stay tuned. I will add this to a queue. If the script is ready sooner, I will share it in the comments of this video as well. What other challenges related to cleaning business do you find yourself struggling with?
I started as an immigrant with $200 in my pocket and a bag of cloth, placed to work in slave-like conditions in a trailer park in the suburbs of Denver, CO. I now run a successful cleaning business grossing over $1M in recurring revenue, co-managing a real estate company, and invest in stocks and cryptocurrency. Visit ansimpact.com and sign up for the email list so I can show you how you, too, can build and live your American dream.
Sounds good, bud! I will get to work on this video as someone else had requested it in the past. There is a lineup of videos in the queue, but this will now be prioritized! I appreciate the input and feel free to make other specific video requests.
Isn't inbound better for residential and Outbound better for commercial customers? What do you think?
