Hello thanks for all the help. When creating the ad for leads I have a lot more potential reach however I can't get the template to work because it says I need to create a privacy policy. When I switch it to engagement vs leads to avoid the template the reach drops significantly.

You're not the only one, some other dude said the same plus from my own experience I notice that too, because without it you don't have the annoying "message now" feature at the bottom I think it's a psychological thing, some people find it intrusive
