Lech Coaster is the ride that really put Vekoma on the map, as far as creating the next generation of thrill rides. Unlike some of their previous coasters, this one is smooth, intense, and full of airtime. It truly is one of Europe's best roller coasters!

Err let me think... no
VPNs don't really add any security anymore. Since all websites and apps utilize certificates and secure connections this advertised benefit is just bs.
I thought the I305 is the MOST INTENSE ROLLER COASTER ON THE PLANET??!??!!
Which one is the grand prize??
They Even Sponsor Coaster Channels
I feel like this is exactly what alot of small parks need
Five years ago I never thought I'd see the day Taylor actually says he prefers a Vekoma over an Intamin like Geforce.😂
I love how the new gen Vekomas aren't all completely less intense and smooth transitions, its fantastic they still are making intense rides like this and I hope to see more.
Abyssuss in energylandia strikes great because it is both smooth and intense.
This, F.L.Y, Abyssus , Formula... i havent been on Fonix yet but Vekoma is getting damn serious with the scene
Abyssus is incredible with its speed and smoothness
@@jozefcyran2589 Abyssus is flying under the radar because of Zadra and Hyperion, it would work so well in a smaller Park as Main attraction. I think it manages to combine a cool Layout with strong forces that are just present enough to not kill you like Lech does, i think its one of the best Vekomas. Only the tophat sucks
I don’t recall where I saw it, but I’m sure I read that Vekoma considered this ride’s intensity to be a mistake. If that’s true, it seems likely that this will be a one-off ride.
I think you are thinking of the request from that other park that got a Vekoma Wildcat. They specifically didn't want something as intense as their Bermuda Blitz model because they were more of a family park.
The ride's intensity is very much by design since the current track designer for Vekoma is inspired by Maverick.
@@lastone032085 what I read specifically said it had been a mistake. It’s hard to know how accurate that source was, but it would seem to be an odd thing to make up. Only time will tell, I guess.
@@GbHandlebar if it was too intense they'd just add trims. If they haven't, then it wasn't a mistake.
I guess it's hard to gauge how appealing it is because Legendia itself kind of got overshadowed by Energylandia's massive growth nearby, which gets the Polish thrill-seeker traffic.
@@exiledrabbit Not necessarily. Adding trims would likely be the choice of the park, and maybe they’re fine with it as it is, for whatever reason. That’s a different thing to whether Vekoma feel OK about selling more of them, knowing that the existing one causes so many grey-outs.
This channel has the best editing I’ve ever seen. It’s incredible what Vekoma has been doing lately. I hope to ride this coaster one day!
Its not bad but its by far not the best
@@happysword258 that’s surprising to hear I’ve always though it looked elite, but having ridden Maverick, it seems more aggressive than Lech, especially on those two Stengel dives.
@@coasterconquistador2517 im not talking about the coaster, but the editing
Taylor - "Remind me again, what is a block zone? I can't remember."🤣
Taylor: ‘Fonix isn’t as intense as Lech, but it’s freaking awesome!’
Me: ‘so what you’re really saying is you like Lech more than Fonix’.
Also me: ‘why do the back of the lech trains remind me of strawberry pop tarts?!’ 🤣🤣🤣
This ride is my favourite iteration of the "mega-lite" scale of coasters. Intense, snappy and airtime filled. Vekoma's masterpiece imho 😍
Maybe lightning run is up there tol
Mega-lite is a remarcably good category
I absolutely love this ride, took me so long to decide whether this was my number 1 or Zadra. The ride ops allowed me to keep my restraint very loose so the airtime was insane and the positives it gives are unrivalled. Elite coaster.
Went on it last year, amazing ride very intense like you said, also gloss smooth. I'm more of an Airtime guy, so not super high on my list but def. an amazing rollercoaster!
I have been waiting for this!
Awesome!
I actually visited Disneyland Paris IRL before you guys uploaded the blog 😂
I just watched the Zadra review and lech coaster is 9.5 whereas zadra is 9
Still can’t believe that this coaster is in this park 😅
Tbh, I would probably take Lech coaster over Maverick. If it has equal intensity, but smoother transitions it’s gonna be a roller coaster I like.
Have you ridden both? I wouldn‘t in a million years. While lech is awesome, it doesn‘t have any of the out if control feeling because lats are almost nonexistant and force changes are more drawn out.
@@smuella Maverick hurts my shoulders, so I would probably like Lech coaster more.
This might be my favorite ride
On Lech drop was awesome and all ride was smooooth! Hyperion wasn't that smooth
In quality and overall experience, Fønix shouldnt rank lower than Lech. Unless G force is everything. And it shouldnt be!
2:30 The most horrible ride i experienced in my visit of Poland was that Gondola but then we saw that Park and the Party at the Planetarium. Legendia is planned for next year.
I'm pretty tall and big too but i never experienced a greyout 😉 maybe you need to gain some weight 😁
"Remind me again, what is a block zone?" lmao
For those of you who are unfamiliar, a block zone is a section of a ride that only one train may occupy. At the end of a block zone is a method to stop a train, in case the block ahead is still occupied. This is the safety system that prevents Rollercoaster trains from colliding with one another.
6:54 I've always wanted to know what those indentations taken out of center of track ties at top of hills is for. Maybe, more clearance for the brake pads on bottom of train?
I want one of these in Walibi NL! (not gonna happen, they’re in bed with RMC atm.)
Can’t do more than agree on all of your statements! What will be the next coaster review? Fair and good score :).
This seems like an elite coaster!
I think when Merlin took over they slowed down Lech Coaster according to the forums, as before it was more intense.
The Ads ruin your content
"is orion a giga coaster" 1:40
Lech Coaster looks like it teleported in from another park
This reminds me of a gci coaster if it was steel cause of the stats, first drop, and all the airtime. Obviously not the inversions.
Unfortunately I can't see Vekoma ever creating a ride like Lech Coaster which is as intense. I can see more phoenix rather than lech which ain't a bad thing but I find lech is vekomas version of I305 which despite been a world class ride might be too intense for the general public.
I've actually seen this queue filled up with people, they were standing outside on the path as well
The Lech coaster Soundtrack is actually really good
While Legendia could be better, this ride is definitely a high point of a trip to that park. Not as good as abyssus in energylandia, but very fast paced and great fun. Definitely went for a second and third time
1:42 yes it is
Dorney Park needs one of these to replace the plot of Stinger. Hell I wouldn’t mind if Possessed fell to make room for this. Vekoma just did something *unique* when Lech was created.
We went in June. You could just walk right into the preshow room, when we were there. Didnt see the main queue line.
It is one intense ride, 4 rides in a row, then i would usually need a break. Lost count of how mant rides, walk on all day.

You know, FunSpot did make a roller coaster themed after the president's plane...
When will the vlogs of Dutch and Belgium parks release?
I live in Belgium and I am curious what you think about my home parks
Ps sorry for my bad english😉
We will be posting vlogs from Germany next- after that is Belgium and the Netherlands!
I'm looking forward to seeing how the poland roller coasters are on your ranking because I'm going next year and your reasons for liking a coaster is similar to mine 😀
Went here with a few friends that live in Poland and this was the second coaster they'd all ever ridden! Lol I definitely had them jumping into the deep end on coasters.
Such an awesome coaster! Shame we not seen a new one from Vekoma as intense as this one? Thats what 5 years? Hopefully we see one somewhere soon.
Let’s go!!!!!!
In weekend that queue is usefull its 1h queue to lech coaster
It was my favourite coaster in Poland, but then Zadra came 🤣
I also experienced the Preshow in 2018, but it was all in -Polanski-? Poland language. But i know it was about an well known old Poland legend. I needed 6 Rides in a row for a heavy Greyout 😅
Really ?? Lech better roller coaster that Fønix ?? I rided two in this summer , Fønix good pacing with Lech but Fønix 14 airtimes points and lech 5 or 6 … Lech vibrated and Fønix not
The drop of Lech is better but , I much prefer Fønix to Lech
Carowinds, you need this
insane coaster. way better than Fonix.
I'm so sorry, Mr. Vekoma.
'I had an airtime headache afterwards' Oh Vekoma, no matter what you do, your rides still give people headaches 🤣.
That is the only coaster that was too much for me. It got me dizzy every time it was hard to marathon it.. and it was the only ride I had an ERT on it 😢 but man, those positives delivers a lot.. I greyed out every single time for at least 5 seconds. It’s not a coaster for the average guest.
A larger scale Lech Coaster would be badass to replace Viper at SFMM
There was indeed once a video in the pre show room. never stopped to watch the whole thing but it was quite cool
wait you do sponsors now?
well it was to be expected with a trip to europe that had to be financed
We’ve been doing sponsors for a while now- even before the Europe trip
@@CoasterStudios yeah i havent watched your videos for a while i was very busy but the europe trip vlogs are amazing!
I laughed so hard at the pronounciation of Lech!
Man you cant throw shade on allmighty geforce like that... you know they dont let people into Holidaypark after critizising geforce right?
Sorry everyone but I love the Maverick lol
So if I don't think Orion is a giga, can I still use ExpressVPN?
yes lol
Thinking about it, Vekoma probably should have rebranded before releasing their new ride models. It's a shame that we can't have these in the US simply because most parks here don't want to do business with Vekoma after the SLCs and Boomerangs.
tbh, boomerangs aren't bad coasters. Especially if you consider the price and the time they came out.
@@Robbedem
The issue with boomerangs isn't the model itself. It's the fact that so many were built with zero variation (could have at least put in some vertigos instead) and people got tired of them. So they're bad from a business perspective as they don't bring in crowds.
@@VestedUTuberGP don't mind that much beyond it goes upside down.
Heck. Nobody beyond coaster enthusiast know whose kid Vekoma is.
I wish the stats for the first drop was available
As soon as you twist to the right its 100% steeper than vertical
I read 97 degrees when vekoka first showed the Bermuda blitz
@@SamApocalypse wow sure looks like it
im so happy for you getting a sponsor since you dont get them often
Never ridden it and it’s looks so bad Vekoma sucks at making new designs
This is a joke btw looks amazing
The better comparison is this or the Steelers rollers coaster instead of phantoms revenge because of the inversions
Visited legendia today for their opening day and tbh I was very disappointed basically nothing was open and lech was closed till May which is a shame considering devil's loop was operating and the only coaster operating there very unfortunate I was so hyped for it but legendia has pretty bad operations
