I just had this for dinner a few minutes ago. Oh, my GOODNESS! This fish was AMAZING! INCREDIBLE! I bought two rather large pieces of cod fillet and when I sat down at the table with the finished product, I thought, “There’s so much fish, here. I probably won’t eat it all tonight.” Five minutes later, I was wailing, “There’s not enough fish!” This is the kind of recipe that will make you eat an entire school of fish. And, I can’t believe that is WAS so easy. I admit: I was skeptical about the dry mustard and paprika but I took a leap of faith and I was so glad that I did.
