This is a wonderful baked fish recipe. I've prepped it for the oven (5/9/2023), this is my second time cooking it. Lemon pepper is wonderful for fish, I used the two ingredients, also the red pepper flakes, really enhances the flavor. Thank you.
The simplicity of your recipes is a high point for me. Clean lines, proves that delicious food does not have to be posh. Just plain simple and delicious. Please also include the metric measurements even if in writing . It'll get you more audience especially from Europe and Africa. Thank you. 🇿🇦
@@CookingWithClaudy I'm older so my time is very valuable. I went further and after i get fish out to thaw, i line my pan with foil, and pour virgin olive oil in it. Dry fish, flip in oil while seasoning, pop in oven. My question though, do you have something as easy as this for oven baked catfish fillets? thanks so much!
Looks delishous cant wait to have thia for friday night dinner with baked potato im so excited. Leaving fried fish alone bake fish more often than not.(3× wk). Thank you so much.🤗🤗🥰
thanks for a nice simple recipe, without 5 million ingredients, I have stomach problems and can t have any fat as I get acid reflux, so eating more fish and veg.
That's alot of lemon pepper. I use a very small amount. I like the flavor of the fish more. Just a little goes a long way. This is really pretty fish the way you season it and I like your video. Very nice and I love your music choice

Nice easy recipe. Personally? I think tarragon goes better with fish than parsley does. Give it a try next time you make it. Fish is about the only thing I use tarragon on. It's a natural!
@@inviolataakinyi9330can’t tell if you’re genuinely asking a stupid question or making fun of those people that say sum like “what if I don’t like fish”
I think, that's because: Chili flakes > optional, if you dont like it hot and spicy, no need to add chili flakes. Lemon > if you want dryer and crisper result, no need to add lemon. Oil > usually if you want to bake fish or chicken, you know to drizzle oil on top of fish or chicken and oil the tray. But, if you don't like it to be oily, you can omit oil. That's only my guess based on my 20 years cooking experience.
Great recipe, will make it. But, 5 1/2 minutes is too long. Edit it down to keep ones interest. Too many content providers stretch these out for some odd reason.
Even though I gave you a thumbs up why did you say in 2 minutes I thought that was interesting 2 minutes how but you end up cooking it for 15 to 20 minutes I don't get it?
You can pat the fillets dry and prep them for the oven in 2 minutes. Once they are in the oven baking, you are free to make the rest of the meal or do as you please. If you think about it, it's not too hard to "get". ;-)
Looks simple and tasty! Of the 2 ingredients I don't have the lemon pepper, parsley, chili flakes, olive oil or whole lemons. But I have the fish!
😂
I tried this lemon pepper fish & it was delicious! Thank you for sharing this quick & easy recipe!♥️

What did you use to make the fish spicy?
Chilli Flakes
When I put olive oil on my flounder😊 and bake it, it comes out mushy.
Thank you
Very relaxing
Two ingredients nice.
Except it's four😅
Did you cover the fish or was it uncovered when you baked it?
Uncovered. Thanks for watching

Thanks Collins😊
I’m going to make this without the chilli flakes

Clearly stated in the video.

Has anyone tried salmon 😊 thank you
I didn't learn anything how long did you cook it for
You didn't want to learn. She clearly said the oven temp and how long to leave it in.
HELL OF A LOT OF HOT PEPPER FLAKES !!!!

! hour baking right
15 - 20mins
How long do you bake it for?
2 ingredients...shows 4 ingredients
Thanks for watching
Actually, 5 ingredients: fish, olive oil, Lemon pepper, parsley, and chili flakes. But definitely tastier than just 2 ingredients.
I think, that's because:
Chili flakes > optional, if you dont like it hot and spicy, no need to add chili flakes.
Lemon > if you want dryer and crisper result, no need to add lemon.
Oil > usually if you want to bake fish or chicken, you know to drizzle oil on top of fish or chicken and oil the tray. But, if you don't like it to be oily, you can omit oil.

aluminum...direct contact at high temp...serious health concern
