I requested a test drive . Tesla send me a text once I asked for a scheduled date and they never responded to me again. I gonna keep sending a request on the site and see how much longer they gonna keep ignoring me. This is not how you treat your customer who already has a Y.
Wow! that doesn't happen to me when I register for this demo test drive. I feel bad that's happening to you. Did you call to find out why? To my experience, Tesla is pretty good in responding to customer requests. You are absolutely right. Tesla should not have done that to you as a value customer.
