Is there a difference between boring the nozzle vs a freestyle cone?

Thinking of 3d printing 3 degree wedge to improve cruising on my 760. I know it’s just a family minivan ski but I like messing with stuff? Think it will work ok?

@webbracing2021 100% id recommend making 1.5° first. And you can even make 2 and stack them

It would be nice if you had a list of services and prices on your website. Do you think removing the bilge siphon tube would make any difference in performance. It seems like it would be a major obstruction to water flow.

I'm getting ready to remake my website it's just having time to dedicate to it. As to the siphon bildge on basically all performance boats I remove them but I've never done a side to side comparison to see if you feel a noticeable difference but I agree with you it is an obstruction in the flow

I only work on Kawasaki JS boats. The bilge tube isn’t an obstruction to any measurable degree, so I include it even when I bore a nozzle. It’s a passive, discreet, and always on bilge pump.

This helps me in the event that a 2017 Rxtx 300 jumps out of the water because the pump cannot process the water due to the speed? It is terrifying when it takes off from the water and jumps, that was a common problem on Yamahas
