honestly if you loved haikyuu like i did then blue lock will EAT YOU ALIVE (and you should let it!!!) genuinely it gives me the same hyped feeling and watching it was just exhilarating!!! Girl, I'm not even going to lie, I have no idea why I just realized this now but the first minute when you were talking about Last Call at the Local, I was staring deep into the soul of your mirror trying to figure something out 💀 and it was me realizing it was a mirror LOL. The birds this month has been aggressive & loud🐦Something I just realized... blue manga series 😂 Blue Lock, Blue Flag, Blue Box. LOL I feel like I would've just not enjoyed it when someone just all have a weird catch phrase 😩It's too much sometimes because I feel like the author is trying too hard to make it a little quirky/different. I can't wait to see what I think about Blue Flag (especially at the end about the discussion). I think The Murderbot Diaries will be in my tbr for sci-fi/audiobook list to listen to since I find romance books to be too embarrassing to listen to as an audiobook 🥴 A Court This Cruel & Lovely has been on my TBR for so long because it was part of stuff your kindle day. I'm so sad to hear to hear that the ML is insufferable 😩Personally, I'm OK with fate/mate as long as the world is set up for it. I think I'll probably still read it and see what it'll happen, especially for the fantasy aspect of it 😂 Your passion for Haikyuu; you've convinced me to watch the anime -- I'm not a sports anime/manga person 😭Mainly because I feel like I can't relate because I have no athletic bone in me 💀 Depth perception where? But I will give it a try and get back to you! I am looking for something to watch in the background while I work 🧡 I genuinely feel that manga take just as long to read as normal books. Because you gotta analysis all their faces since it's not written to you 😏 Excited to see your next couple reads! I had an awesome months so no DNFs this month here 😂
HAHAHAH honestly this gets a lot of people! I remember in a video call tutoring session my student said it was so nice i had an ensuite bathroom but really what they saw was my mirror that they thought was a door to another room :') YES i noticed that too it was so bizarre, it also confused me a lot when I was trying to remember which series was which for Blue Box and Blue Flag 😭 Blue Flag was so good I genuinely cannot stop thinking about it I would just stare at a character's facial expression at something someone said for MINUTES just because it broke my heart!! That is so true like I'll just be vibing to a romance audiobook and then they will read out the most OUT OF POCKET cringe inducing line and im sitting there like 😐😐😐 definitely prefer scifi/fantasy/etc. audiobooks! And the narrator for MurderBot Diaries is one of the BEST! Honestly if you end up liking the ML i think you'll like it! I just found him so haughty and arrogant in a very unsexy way and I didn't feel like he had any chemistry with the FL 😢 I think that's a great point, I do like a fated mate pair if I KNOW it's going to be that but there weren't any hints of it till like halfway through the SECOND book so I was like omfg you're kidding me!!! I'd love to know what you think, because I genuinely did enjoy a lot of the first book! OMG OMG YES PLEASE WATCH IT like i was so the same I had approximately ZERO interest in volleyball or sports anime (even as a soccer player i dont like watching soccer irl) but it was so hyped i just HAD to watch it and i was literally hooked after the first few episodes. To give you some idea, i started rewatching it maybe last week(?) and im already halfway through season 3.....💀like it's SO GOOD!!! YOU'RE SO RIGHT like im just flipping back and forth analysing every little detail of their facial expression (omg is that a blush? he looks pained! there is sadness in her eyes!, etc.)

I love that they're so short because it didn't feel to intimidating to commit to starting the series because it wasn't a huge time investment (I mean it is now because i LOVE the series and am reading them all but i mean initially hahah) THAT'S SO TRUE like i didn't think of that but you're so right, they clearly didn't have great chemistry so now if they were 'fated all along' it can save it hahah, honestly lowkey i was hoping she would leave him for his older brother who is the cold aloof royal type cause that sounded more interesting AHAHAH since im never finishing the series ill just pretend that's what happens omg you better lie to them and say that you FINALLY picked it up just to make them happy and DEFINITELY not for any other reason 😅😅😅😅 genuinely i was shocked i still loved it this much because it's been JUST enough years that although i vaguely remember what happens i have forgotten enough stuff that im actually still getting surprised! it's such a satisfying series because it's all about characters working hard to defy odds and then surprising the opposition about how the underdogs can prove themselves~
