Attilio’s video production are second and none, the quality of the sequencing, the photography and especially the instruction make it a pleasure to watch and I just want to thank him for what he’s done for me as a photographer. Thank you.

I’m an Aussie who was fortunate enough to enjoy 2 photo tours to Tetons and Yellowstone NP when we lived in the US for 2 years. Once in the Fall, and also in the Spring. We photographed Moulton Barn at dawn, String Lake with Fall colour, Schwabachers Landing, and many other iconic locations. Your video brought back many happy memories. Yes, please do more national park videos. You are a talented photographic artist.

Darter Man. I went with Russ Burden tours. Google him to see what tours he does now. I don’t think he does that tour any more. He concentrates on tours to South Africa. I did it in 2007/2008. I’m sure there are other tour operators in the US who do that region.
      any more.

"What matters is to enjoy the process. What matters is to have fun. So, enjoy yourself...do what you like!" Thank you, Attilio, for those words. They are a great reminder that the journey into photography is a process of discovery, of greater understanding of what surrounds us and our place in it. Ultimately, the journey is the reward. A great image is a bonus gift you take with you from the experience. By the way, I loved your choice of music. It added a peaceful zen quality to the video.

Most everyone here has said completely what this video is.. beautiful and exquisite..simultaneously my thought is not what I thought, but the feeling that I experienced. I was there and here at my desk at the same time, holding my breath for and through every millisecond of the video as I experienced the true artistry that you bring to us. One can not deny you are one of the masters and we that follow are so fortunate to be the silent students. I feel that this is what it might have been like to watch Michelangelo from a secret place that would not stop his work, yet watch his creations unfold! .....Fantastico e'la

I loved this location. Yes I like to see some location videos. In your series on learning landscape photography, I would love to see a video about preparing landscape photographs for print that also talks about the array of different materials for printing the colour labs offer. What are the advantages of metal prints over printing on paper, and what is the best paper? There seem to be so many choices and it can be confusing.

Such a treat the Grand Tetons. One of the best massif's of the US. Great video and love the results you got from very sad lighting in the early part of the day. The sunset shots were amazing and I'm glad you didn't obsess on instruction at that point as sometimes as we all know ( me being a avid world traveler and trekker) sometimes its just so nice to live in "the moment" and enjoy the special time you have in the wild. I know this all too well . I've been lucky to have been to every major mountain range on the globe in my life. I do highly suggest going to Nepal for the Himalaya my favorite out of them all.
I still get a bit giddy seeing people obsess about bears! I have spent about 6 months camping solo in the bush of Alaska. There you know the bears are all around you. At night the best thing you can do is put on your headphones play some nice music and don't' think about them. I have used bear spray against two bears and that was a last resort. One because my girlfriend had on a very floral fragrance it liked and the other because I just finished cooking my meal for the night. Believe me after many bear encounters in about 8 different states they are more afraid of you then them. Still thanks for your lovely videos . I love seeing the US in a new light through your lens.
    Cheers mate!

My camera is a Nikon d5600 which I am not 100% familiar with, but I am pretty sure it cannot achieve an iso of 64. Is that low of an iso necessary for similar results as yours or is iso 100 adequate in this application?

When were you there? I was just there June 9-15 and heading back today until Saturday. Also, next time a thing to avoid bears is just to put a small bell on your shoe as you walk. They will hear you coming and you won't surprise them.

Great videos Attilio, and it's cool that I've come across your channel and subscribed, since I'm actually heading up to Grand Teton and Yellowstone with my roommate in mid-September on a road trip from Houston, TX! Anyway, I do mostly real estate photography down here and a little bit of nature out in the country on the small ranch where I grew up in south Texas. For the upcoming trip, I've been wanting to get a starter filter kit for my full-frame Canon 6D to try my hand at some long exposure and to also darken the sky more than just my usual screw-on polarizer. I've been researching the major brands of filter systems the last month and am really leaning towards the Haida M10... The Red Diamond Essence Kit 2 with the 3.0 Medium grad since I use my 17-40mm ultra wide zoom, nifty fifty and cheap 75-300mm for telephoto. I thought the medium grad, vs. the soft, would be more of a catch-all for my 3 lenses since budget is an issue, too. I see you have started using the new Haida M10 system and I am just curious what your thoughts are on it. I want to make a decision soon so I have time to practice with the filters a good deal before the big trip! Keep up the great work and thanks for inspiring us to get out and explore our photography more!

Very nice parc there. Is that in America ? Nice pictures to. I like your reaction when you saw the Bear warning board. lol. In march when i was in Japan, i was also staying few day in region where in the forest are some bears, i did'nt took the walk in the woods, cause i was raining to hard that day. But there they dont sell bear spray, you can hire bells, so you can make much noise during walking. And fighting the bear, like written on the board, i think with only hands its not possible. Bears are much stronger then humans. Looking forward to the next video

Hi Attilio, just saw your shots at Teton. For your 125mm shot, did you try out without the Polarizer? My second thought here is, how about stopping down to f11 and not use the Polarizer? ND10+ND Grad+Polarizer+all the elements in the 70-200 : too many glasses?! :-) What do you think? Sorry for too many questions! :-)
US has indeed some really photogenic national parks!

really enjoyed the portrayal of Grand Tetons! This brought back so many good memories from my camping trip last year to the Yellowstone and Grand Teton National parks. Was your visit during May/June?

Thank you for this video Attillio. I've been following your channel for quite a while and, what can I say, all of them are really, really good, but this one is just stunning. One question though, I noticed there is one photo you made out of 12 vertical shots. If you ever run out of ideas for the video topics, this may be a really interesting one. I would be great to hear how did you made this 12 vertical shots photo. Thanks again for your great work.

That was lovely. Yes, I would love to see more landscape photography videos with you on location, especially in stunningly beautiful locations like this. Umm ... while you were talking about your understandable worries about a bear encounter, you passed a small tree right next to you, that looked like a bear had been scratching its claws on it. The bark had been stripped off revealing the white wood underneath.

Such a stunning and powerful video. Your final time lapse in the last location was beautiful. Quick question, can you get the same dramatic skies that you captured at the beginning in post production without the grad filter on the camera? I really really loved this video. Thank you.
