This is true, but regardless the mayor/government is to blame as well. They should have never pulled out the police force. It's like equivalent of the purge.
@@extremetrollface I think you could make the argument that they do stop crime in a sense, after all, the thought that there will be someone to stop you keeps you from committing crimes.
@@extremetrollface The cops do stop and help deter crime. You cant have proactive police officers when the city wont allow it. The issue is the law makers, the district attorneys, the judges etc. Cops enforce the laws that are written. Once a person gets a citation or goes to jail the cop has no say if the charges will get dropped or how long an offender will stay in jail. Cops do an incredible amount of work, then the district attorneys office gets the case and either drop the charges or offer ridiculous plea deals and keep offenders in the community.
The funny thing is the liberals who always champion for that are usually not even from the “Area” but outsiders who just wanna feel good about themselves.
If the girl being questioned about housing at around the 10 minute mark is the niece the older woman was referring to I can say with about 95% confidence that she is indeed using drugs, likely fentanyl, while pregnant. That poor baby is fucked for life IF it is lucky enough to not die before making it to term. So incredibly sad.
She was literally smoking a cigarette in the background as well. Her slurred and broken speech pattern as well as her constant unfocused stare at the ground definitely shows major drug usage. I hate to say that I feel like that baby is already too far gone. Incredibly sad.
Indigenous man here. I like how non Native protesters will try to use my culture as a stepping stone for protest. And they use the word Decolonize. I am a Native activist, but when it comes to the Decolonization movement, it's used way out of context for non Natives. They automatically assume that we want to run white people out, which isn't the case, necessarily. That's the problem with protesters nowadays. They want to use irrelevant movements as a way to support their protest. When clearly, we have nothing to do with that. They just like to use us as basically Token people to make themselves look good.
I am a Scandinavian 2nd generation immigrant and I have a native American daughter and it's really hard raising her on the northern border of America.. we went from failing grades in one school to A's and B's in a grade above in the same 5 miles in the last year and it's an uphill battle every day and I've made it a point to bring her to powwows and to go see her reservation and everything else.. I can't imagine what you are still going through but my grandpa had to bring papers to prove he wasn't black all around Chicago because he spent so much time outside as a carpenter and a fisherman and they still called him "Svenska Uda" which is swedish for black swede... America is horrible and it's only gotten sneakier about being racist since my family came here in the 20s
It's crazy that this guy literally said he invited the homeless into CHOP because he couldn't be bothered to sleep outside for his protest for 30 days. What a great guy.
And he makes it sound like it's a reasonable strategy. His take on drug legalization is also extremely dumb and diminutive. Get educated guys, don't end up like him.
What people do: Use homeless in nations capitol to lobby by holding your spot in line. Use homeless to hold down the fort during protest. USSR used peasants to fill out the rank, or else they would be under manned.

If he was providing food to the homeless out of the good of his heart he wouldn't ask anything of them.
As a former homeless person that stayed in Seattle these people have destroyed the city i once loved. Absolutely disgusting. Thank god i was able to get out and sober before the fetty craze hit because i would most likely be dead. Just hit 7 years sober.

I was homeless at one point in my life, and I have to agree with some of the people that say that the missions are dirty and unsafe. That was my experience as well. I ended camping out by a railroad track where there wasn't any homeless around. Eventually I got a job, saved up my money & moved on. During that time I rented some space at a storage unit, so all of my stuff was somewhere more secure. Took my showers at a gym, and on my days off I avoided any location where the homeless would hang out. There is a category of homeless people that maintain a cleaner appearance & actually blend into society rather well. Unless you spotted them leaving their camp, you probably never guessed..
@krystopher3755 I don't exactly know what to share. I wasn't on drugs, so I didn't have an addiction story & like I mentioned I avoided the homeless for the most part. Although my time at the shelter meant that some of them knew me. What I'll say is pay attention to some of the people that you notice that are regulars are Starbucks, Whole Foods or any location with wifi that someone can stay for a long period of time as long as they're a customer. There might be a "high class" homeless person there. I became homeless because I was lazy, lost my job & was too lazy to look for another job. I was more interested in playing video games or just not being responsible at all. Eventually I was forced to be responsible. I'll admit that I even bought a laptop while homeless just so I could play some video games on my days off while homeless. Some people just assumed I was working on my laptop, but if you looked at my screen (and I didn't alt tab out of the game) you'd see the truth.
@@ZeriocTheTankYup. Lots of people don't talk about the conditions of some of these shelters. There's one around me that I know makes the people that stay there attend church/Bible lessons every day. And it's mandatory to go to their designated church on Wednesdays. (Even if you have one you like going to)
that's awesome and how id imagine most normal people would react when they'd get down that low in life. slowly start picking up the pieces and get your shit together as soon as you could. homeless people that are on the streets for an extended period of time usually have a drug or drink problem, or just simply want to be there.
i feel sorry for the ones you actually want and try to get help but the ones like that where they just want a free house so they can be back on the street again in a few months no pitty
I grew up in Seattle and my family saw the turning point of all of this happening so we moved before things got this bad. But it is so sad to watch your home town destroyed by drugs, poverty, greed and ignorance. The level of neglect that Seattle is getting is horrendous ...
Live in OR and I feel you. When I was little I used to visit Portland. It was a beautiful city especially with Mt Hood in the background but, now it’s completely unrecognizable and unlivable. It’s now full of crime, violence, and drugs….
The sad thing is it isn't just Seattle Tacoma and Spokane have rampant drug use and homelessness the irony of it all until the Hilltop Tacoma police made them move there was a homeless camp across the street from the housing authority
Man Im genuinely rooting for the guy in the motel talking about woodworking, something about him you can tell he wants to get better. I hope he figured out something for work and does get his potential craft out there. This situation sucks, there's some hypocrisy, some genuine victims, but however you look at it - nobody should be living like this.
That’s the meth talking, as soon as he comes down he’s coming to steal your stuff. And on top of that, him and his crackhead friends burned the building down. He’s a pos. 😂
I am rooting for him too but 100% all those tools were stolen. I have friends who've had tool boxes stolen and when your just starting off, you can't afford to replace all that stuff.
That Devin guy in the beginning, I could feel the cry for help. Seemed like someone who went through a hard life, and then him giving that bat with nails in it as a gift and asking for help... I didn't expect it. I hope he gets the help he needs
As a Seattle native I'm ashamed. It's literally a dystopia. Jonathan Cho is a legend. Props to you guys for having the balls to go into the seedy areas.
That is a common phrase/sentiment shared amongst the homeless and injured/disabled communities; "You're one bad(decision, accident, injury) away from being in the same position." As a disabled person with invisible disabilities, I agree. I am forever thankful and grateful for my husband. If it were not for his loving kindness and care for me, I wouldn't have a home or a way to provide for myself either. God be with those people. You know their needs far more than we do. Use your people to help them however they need it. 🙏
I'm disabled, too, and my sister always saw me complaining about my chronic pain as me being dramatic. Now she has severe pain in her back and has a ton of spine issues. She understands me now.
I’m Polish. If in Poland there was a city where local authorities allowed drug addicts and hobos to proclaim autonomous zone, the central government would send military to regain control and local authorities would be put in jail. It’s an absurd that there is so much public permission (or even support) in your country for taking/selling/giving drugs on the streets. Try that in Poland, you would end up in jail. I wish you guys good luck with politicians who should change that… but I’m afraid that nothing will change in that regard
I think it all stems from America being about freedom. It's engrained into our culture, even if we never really had true freedom. Now you add in the economic issues, broken families, disconnected society, and a narrative about the government and police becoming militaristic and reducing freedoms... well that's how you end up in this situation. The problem starts wayyyy before the point you're seeing here. Many people are turning to hard drugs as an escape from reality because they have a bad life and usually have mental illness that isn't treated.
In Liberal Progressive cities and states yes this happens. In Conservative states and cities; our government would do exactly what your government officials would do.
Ive worked in public service for 10 years. What the public does not seem to understand is that there are a lot of homeless people who simply do not want to helped out of homelessness because they have given up on society. They dont want a job, they dont want abide by rules nor social norms. I am thankful that this video reveals this side of the story that is not talked about.
My dad, a Detroit police officer at the time (70’s) said the same thing. I didn’t understand then, but did later. “They don’t want to abide by rules nor social norms” I agree.
They have behavior health illnesses one of them being addiction. Having them live in the streets is a health hazard so we need to figure out something that will work. It’s not ethical to put a homeless person in prison but maybe a different type of system that isn’t “penal” where it’s designed to detox and treat with the goal of helping them work and stabilize. My 21 year old nephew has schizophrenia and he has to live with my brother. If he didn’t have family he would be homeless too.
Definitely. Everyone has their reasons. The irony You'd be hard pressed to find a homeless person who is not pro socialism/communism, which historically has been nothing but systematic oppression all over the world. That's probably because there is only up from down. Poor people also dont sympathize for people who worked hard for their wealth. Many are also on drugs and not thinking right and contradict themselves constantly. It's amazing how "right wing" has become a negative thing in their world. Ie.. God, capitalism, freedom, free speech, secure borders, ect. Also, black people are systematically being conditioned to believe everything negative that happens to them is because they are black. They blame everything on a white system. They don't lock black people up longer. They lock repeat offenders up longer and poor people who can't get a decent lawyer. The police don't risk their lives for you because your black. It's because you're homeless and on drugs and don't even value your own life. The system isn't racist. It's classist
This video is so fucked, don’t get me wrong I’m living in Australia and there are some homeless people on the streets but not many, if I seen 39:37 in real live I would think he was having a seizure or something not drug overdose, it saddens me to see this and no one really care(besides the select few who helped).
During high school I was taking EMT classes that were offered as a prerequisite to medical studies. My teacher was a medical combat veteran in the Middle East. Seen it all. Worked as an emt, was a national guardsman for Utah and would instruct first aid medical practices as his job in the guard. Specifically told our class under no circumstance do you perform your job as a paramedic unless you receive an all clear from onsite officers.
It’s actually smart if is not secured by police don’t go say that paramedic can’t help someone who is important. The people behind that someone is going to be angry and there is no law to stop them from doing what they want to.

I can't speak for every nurse but personally it makes you feel more callous towards these people as you watch how many hospital resources are diverted away from people who actually want to get better so that you can treat the addicts who will turn around and get high as soon as they're out of rehab. There is no helping them because staff have seen them dozens of times and gave them help but they don't actually want to improve their situation and just use it as a opportunity to get free food, free place to stay, and stay out of the colder times of the year. The only people the doctors/etc cared about were the one's who were actively trying to get better but relapsing. One of the doctors casually told me he wouldn't care if some of those people just died cause they're just wasting their time and all the other providers in the dictation room agreed with him pretty candidly. Now they would be super professional in front of druggys faces but behind the scenes docs are hyper critical. Just from what I've witnessed at a large ER while being a student provider.

So I've seen it bad in Philadelphia, at a place called Kensington. Only spent time passing through, and it is like the apocalypse. I destroyed my liver by drinking wine, but when covid hit I switched to Vodka. Then when I went to quit I was told I had days to live. This was May. Kidneys failed due to the liver in September. Anyway so I'm no saint. So I had an orientation with a doctor who told me most of the organs now come from Fentynal OD. Since opiates don't destroy the organs. I had to sign papers saying will I accept organs from someone who did drugs. (They test it. Under 1% chance to get a transmittal disease, and an even lower one to get one of the ones that isn't treatable.) Anyway that shook me. Thought I would get one from an accident or something. I see addicts walking now, and I'm like damn. One of these lost people is going to give me a chance to live. (If I live to have a ch!nice at it. Doctors say it is a miracle i just celebrated an other year. 2022, I was in the hospital for 8 out of 12 months, and 85 pounds at one point. Detoxing nearly killed me.) Sorry for digressing. Either way I'm liberal, but those politicians are idiots. Those who all cops are just as bad. Decriminilzing drugs worked since they had a huge social net that included mental health. Without that net, law enforcement, rules, and support? You just create a society of chaos. Locking everyone up doesn't work. Either does this, clearly.
@@dianapennepacker6854 Just my two cents and it probably ain't worth that but here it goes: - stop corporate price gouging on rent, food, utilities, gas, and other basic necessities - stop giving tax cuts to rich people and use their tax money to subsidize housing and fund treatment programs - stop penalizing poverty - stop kicking the can down the road (bussing homeless to other cities) I'm not an addict and never have been, but I have been homeless because I was priced out of the city I lived in for years while working a full-time job.

I live in seattle. It’s not this bad at all. It was only 2020. The homeless are a very true problem. Some of them are aggressive. But i’ve been walking alone downtown around homeless people since i was 12 yrs old and i’ve NEVER had an issue. You treat them like they’re human, and they’re very decent people to you
Its almost like we live in a system with self inflicted problems, and police are the only solution offered instead of a plethora of superior alternatives.
But didn’t the cops choose to leave? They didn’t drive them out, the cops, after tear gassing and pelting protesters and escalating things, left the area open and unprotected from attacks and shootings like the one that killed that young man
I mean if you watched the whole vid, idk if police are equipped to help drug users. All the crime is connected to desperation of living situations. Like the lady they showed with kids, 3 jobs, and still homeless. She didn't take drugs and that was suprising. It's hard to not do drugs when your reality is bleak and has no "light at the end of the tunnel" Another guy mentioned as well and backed by stats, that you're closer to a homeless persons in terms of wealth than you are to being an upper class even as an average citizen. I think compassion is needed and proper mental health and medical support. How is incarcerating a vulnerable population helping them? Esp if statistics report high recidivism and relapse after prison. I believe a more mental health and educational support can go a long way. And police are not equipped nor trained to handle that situation nor should they. Most likely can with support of massive amounts of social workers, and mental health professionals. But as a nation (USA) we need to understand that punitive measures do very little against crime.
Absolutely crazy how the people in chop wanted the police to stay out and protested to have them defunded but threw a fit and went crazy when police wouldn’t enter into the zone to help out with their civil disputes

@@shiro4095That's progressive democrate policy and corrupt media and ngos. It's the worst of America and sane people wish they would leave and mess up another country.
And that guy who said he would rather stay out there because he doesn't think it's fair he can't just invite his friends over to the free place they'd give him... lmao. Like bro it's a privilege you've got to work for to have your own place with your own rules. He really thinks they should just give him a house with no rules while everyone else has to work to get a house... If they just gave these people houses with no rules the houses would get destroyed. They have rules for a reason and it's because these people will absolutely destroy the free places they're given without the rules.
As someone from Washington, it's depressing seeing what people have done to our largest city. This was once a beautiful state, and some smaller towns and rural areas still are, but the entire group of Olympia, Tacoma, and Seattle are total mad houses
I live in Spokane, but I’ve been up there several times recently, and I used to love going there as a kid. I still enjoy it, but I can see that the homeless issue is only getting worse, and more and more folks try to screw the place every day, it seems. It’s still a beautiful city, but not quite the place that it was 10-15 years ago.
I write mortgages in Florida and I can't tell you how many people I've personally helped buy homes here. I don't think I EVER had a buyer moving from Washington before until 2023 and I had quite a few all the sudden. Didn't make sense till I started seeing this shit on the news.
I remember being homeless in San Diego and being scared out of my mind because I had pets. Found another homeless guy at church who had built a fortress inside bushes beside the freeway. The only thing we feared were cops who would write homeless people sleeping in the bushes tickets for thousands of dollars. But beside that, after a while I really felt okay, even happy and I wasn't afraid of anybody or anything. I had no trouble striking up a conversation with complete strangers. I went to a social security building to get help though (I had forgotten I had a bunch of throwing knives in my backpack, but no one bothered checking it), and a wonderful lady told me about a shelter to work program. I got 7 or 8 other people into the program when I went in. It was nice having a whole group of people I had made friends with in the same place.
You are very fortunate. I've been hearing stories about cops taking the homeless to this area near Riverside where this cryptid called a dogman is snatching them never to be seen again. Have you heard of missing homeless people?
4:49 What Jonathan said here really resonated with me. I'm tired of people saying all homeless people are drug addicts, It really ticks me off because my mother was homeless while I was in the foster care system, And she was completely clean.
You missed out on or just ignored 25 years of leftwing policies. This is what happens in EVERY leftist city in America. And yet people are still butthurt, crying "orange man bad" when the Alzheimers patient in the oval office is DESTROYING our future. Trust me, this summer gas prices will bring the economy to a halt. And you're still going to walk to the polls and vote for Bumblin' Biden... This is what the entire nation will look like in the next 5 years. You won't have ANY place that doesn't look like a junkyard, complete with feces and druggies all over the sidwalks.
The shot of the "drug ring" camp and the woman who was pregnant fearing for the safety of her child and then proceeding to smoke whilst pregnant in another shot makes you feel conflicted, like "Oh she's in such a horrible situation but is she really making things better for herself." And it's hard to formulate that opinion without getting cancelled.
Lol the woman was off her lactating tits on fentanyl. It was obvious. Remember that her child (if it makes it to term) will be born addicted to fentanyl. I don't know if you've ever seen a new born baby going through opiate withdrawal before, but it's absolutely heartbreaking.
The pregnant woman was high enough to hunt ducks with a stick. You could see it in her movements and hear it in her speech. These people are the embodiment of what happens when the left runs a city government.
Honestly, I feel awfully bad for Jonathan because he is just trying to help society but instead got fired. People now are accusing him Left and Right I definitely feel bad For Jonathan EDIT: thanks for all the likes!
This pisses me off because NOBODY is willing to take accountability for the state of Seattle. To them it will always be the polices fault or the governments fault, this victim mentality people have nowadays will be our ultimate downfall
Then Mayor Jenny Durkan stated the CHOP zone had a ‘block party’ feel to it. She then predicted it would be the ‘summer of love’. The rest of the council members weren’t any better. And you’re right, the lack of accountability is partially why Seattle is now beyond salvagable. They want to criticize law enforcement and other emergency responders for doing their jobs then when actions and poor decision making effects them personally they demand law enforcement and medics as well as firemen respond ASAP.
You're brainwashed. The government has plenty of money to solve homelessness, stop poverty, place weapons bans...but it does none of that, all while underfunding public services like mental health and child care, but overfunding police by hundreds of millions. Poverty is created by the government. It keeps budgets high for things they have investments in like weapons, military grade gear, prisons, etc. Don't be dumb. We give Israel hundreds of billions but can't fund public services? Can't clean up predatory student loans? Can't rehabilitate instead of imprison? Okay, sure.
I like how you find every opportunity to ask random people no matter if the are homeless or police officer. This really shows your journalism and willingness to get every kind of opinion hear.

@@Notfunnysam Yeah cause dying of a drug overdose cause a crowd of over-active cop haters won't clear the scene for paramedics to check you out shows so much fault with the police. You ever consider that half the shit you protest against you directly cause? Like did you know its an actual measured, observed phenomenon that the more you protest against something the more strongly it becomes rooted and the more prevalent it becomes. And in this scenario, the people who killed George Floyd and sparked all this bullshit were (in the order of blame): George Floyd His drug dealer who sold him a fentanyl laced speedball And the crowd of cop-haters who decided before anything had happened that the police were racist and they needed to protect the poor black man (cause you know, black people are incapable of protecting themselves so white people like you have to do it for them, right?) They chose to do this by forming a tight perimeter, aggressively screaming at and arguing with officers preventing them from clearing the scene. The lack of cleared and safe scene is literally the reason that the paramedics nearby testified as to why they did not move in when Chauvin called in to request medical attention for Floyd. So yeah, everything this video references, everything that sparked the initial events and the protests is all based off bullshit that none of y'all ever educated yourselves on. And tragically if y'all had been able to control your fucking emotions when Floyd was on the ground and give them some space that the paramedics probably woulda saved his life or done a helluva job trying.
I’m confused. The CHOP guy at 30:00 is blaming EMS for not coming in to pick up the wounded person and take them to a hospital. Could they not have put that person in a vehicle themselves and transported them out of that zone to get help rather than waste time trying to talk EMS into moving in? Seems like their inaction was just as much to blame as the inaction of EMS.
The dude who he was walking with was hilarious. “We were protesting the police and their excessive use of force.” *2 seconds later* “I can’t believe the police abandoned them” 😂
Standing up against excessive force and abuse of power dosent sound wrong to me, the other group that wanted the police out is the group you should be saying this too.
21:30 yeah that does happen everywhere 😂 Calgary's public areas are a lot like this, especially around our train stations. The store bathrooms all around are disgusting and quite often have crap outside of the toilet. I mean hell, outside of my neighborhoods grocery store someone pooped on the freaking sidewalk and it was left there for weeks!
I’m from the Seattle area, and it depressed me every single time I went there to see the state it was in. Something you gotta understand is that these things he is showing isn’t just like in hidden corners of the city, it’s in main places where everyone can see.
It’s absolutely horrible that there’s such a multifaceted problem in the city that used to be a beautiful city not very long ago. It’s gone downhill so quickly that it’s enough to make your head spin! Ppl are lying on the sidewalk in busy area and people are walking around him without any surprise and not even reacting. Just stepping over him and not letting it disrupt their conversation! It’s literally unbelievable! And they’re giving fentanyl away! I guess the authorities have decided to just let them kill themselves in an effort to clean up the city
Relevant fact: Seattle is over 3x as rich from tax dollars as compared to 2008. The city's problems are way way larger. Where is this money going and why isn't the city council appropriately allocating funds.
@@devonmarr9872 so you'd rather they add toll booths on the roads and charge you for using their road like they do in Florida? You have to pay one way or another. Your choice is not using the roads if you don't want to pay for using them. Just one example of many. Do you want water and electricity? Someone has to pay for the pipes and cables, that's you who uses it... don't want to pay taxes on those things? Don't use them. Don't like taxes? Go join those homeless who don't pay taxes, your choice.
Exactly 💯! This is what the woke activists don't understand! They haven't actually spent time with homeless people or addicts-- of course some are different-- but most have this entitled attitude and if they don't get Exactly what they want handed to them for free and with no effort required they will walk away. It's wild. We saw it firsthand in this video- people refusing to go to shelters or free housing if there are ANY stipulations involved.
I went out here once with a Michelle military grade vest and knee pads and m4 and a desert Eagle No one got close to me and they stayed about 5 feet away from me even the people who where high as a kite
I was homeless, I panhandled enough money to do my laundry as well as have a gym membership that had a shower and 24/7 Access. Got a job saved enough money for first and last month's rent, found a roomate went to college and got married.
Same. I've slept in Chicago parks during the day and been addicted to drugs, but I didn't want to be like that anymore. It was such a terrible way of life. I found treatment and a halfway home and got a job there and finally got myself into a union just by taking a test. No help from any family, or program aside from the state run halfway home, I made my self into a functional personal who lives a relatively normal life. I started going back to church. I've had my slips with drugs especially when I was making money and got out of a relationship, but I have 4½ years now. I mean o did this in my 20s so it must be harder for older people, but you have to want to stop the drugs first. If there's no consequences I would not have stopped when I did.
As an EMT, we will never go into a situation involving weapons unless law enforcement has cleared the scene. It is not our job to interact with violent people. We don't have guns or any way to defend ourselves.
😂😂😂 Fr brother And this ain’t no war zone where medical aid is protected by some convention rule or something These guys will beat you up and steal your van
Well said and I understand because I use to work in an ER. Some hospitals would send violent patients from their Er's to ours. The cops would bring people who say they need help (very costly treating nothing) or just drop them off and then the fun would begin. They throw chairs and hot coffee at you and want to fight the nurses and doctors. Keep yourself safe. It's not your fault someone put that stuff in their body. You can't help everyone.
32:00 The guy complaining that farmers get subsidies/grants clearly doesn't understand why the the government doesn't want the farmers to fail and stop farming. Maybe, just maybe, it has something to do with food supplies, raw clothing materials, and ethanol production. Their dinky garden can't solely sustain a single person let alone their entire "NO POLICE ALLOWED" fort.
Look what happened in every African country who seized land from farmers and gave it to others. It's almost like successful farming takes a lot more work and knowledge than a stupid little garden.
They also don’t look at how we were at war with drugs and every country was at the time. Compared to now, we are a more left winged politically in those states now and they are trying to copy Spains success with drugs. The only thing is that they aren’t focusing on rehab enough.
It is horrible how the adults in Seattle and other cities, have failed you. Most kids don't care about politics, but you should. This is what happens when horrible adults make anti-American policies. I hope you can safely escape Shittyattle. Be safe.
I understand you, as someone who has lived in Seattle just a few months ago I'm so glad I was able to get out of there. This summer I was on Cherry Street in Seattle Washington with a few people at a camp. We had to give food to the homeless and I was honestly crying on the inside. I saw needles and I saw someone doing drugs and R*** someone, after we ran out of food we got chased by a man with a knife.

We gotta hear more about this story bro please share mire

Well same here in the 99% rest of America lol
LOL I'd like to see this be tried down here, in Texas. Would be pretty funny.
But hey, vote for idiots, get idiotic rules.
In Liberal Progressive cities and states yes this happens. In Conservative states and cities; our government would do exactly what your government officials would do.
I live about an hour from Austin, TX, that place is a garbage dump. So is Houston.
“They don’t want to abide by rules nor social norms”
I agree.
Very true! This is a conscious choice for many. Not everyone wants to get off the street.

Ya the US uses soldiers. It’s like if we actually cared about soldiers we wouldn’t send them into useless war. Dan Crenshaw literally told soldiers after we left Afghanistan that soldiers that died didn’t die in vain because they stopped another 911.
But like Ron Paul says with the U.S. killing hundreds and thousands of civilians overtime since with a drone to take out a target they kill civilians it’s like how do you know you’re not creating more terrorists? From the wests perspectives they’re terrorists, but from their perspectives they’re the new George Washington so to speak wanting tyranny to leave.
George Washington actually though was bad. The revolutionary war wasn’t over taxes as it’s taught here. I’d love to be a far away subject of the king of England paying a paltry 1.5% in taxes and have zero representation in government then to pay 40-70% or whatever in taxes with the mere illusion that I have representation in government.
You need to look up Neil mcoyward or something. He makes England not look so good economically. Big banks are part of the problem as credit expansion and low interest rates create asset inflation which is good for those that work in big banks or use lots of debt but it doesn’t benefit most of the rest of society. But I will say the private central Bank of England was honest saying their high inflation was going to hurt. I think that was a couple years ago but still shocking he was honest.
You need to watch the video web of Britain or something. It’s how the city of London inside of London is a distinct entity. It’s shocking how they do banking their but then can claim those deals were done offshore so not subject to UK law.
Honestly it explains a lot. After the U.S. told the Uk to let Egypt keep the Suez Canal England with capital controls basically morphed or changed and retained control of its former colonies by their banking empire using U.S. dollars and created the euro dollar market basically. Two banks could write loans to each other in U.S. dollars having zero collateral or zero U.S. bonds and then instantly have millions of U.S. dollars they created on paper to lend out. They made a ton of money for decades and then after 1971 sometime I heard US bonds were used as collateral. But ya big banks literally aren’t morally great as they create inflation but then always bailed out as big banks are shareholders of privately owned central banks. The federal reserve for instance is privately owned and pays a 6% dividend.
But another Uk channel I watched did make it seem the Uk didn’t care about their soldiers. Because of a lack of diversity parts of the RAF weren’t hiring or understaffed and white people literally sued and won against the UK military that the military was racist as it is. White people weren’t hired or promoted because of diversity laws so it’s like finally some lawsuits showed the government is racist in its laws.

I hope you’re doin well, for all the worth of this line of digital text.
You are very fortunate. I've been hearing stories about cops taking the homeless to this area near Riverside where this cryptid called a dogman is snatching them never to be seen again. Have you heard of missing homeless people?
How could the courts enforce those fines. Everyone has to sleep somewhere. Everyone has the right to exist. Should force those judges to live there.
hey this is a beautiful story and im glad you and your friends are doing better. God bless.
Awesome that you made it through! Awesome that you took others with you to the program!

I'm tired of people saying all homeless people are drug addicts, It really ticks me off because my mother was homeless while I was in the foster care system, And she was completely clean.
There are always exceptions. Replace the word "all" with "most".
And then she got off the street. That's the thing, the ones that stay homeless forever, usually are addicts or severely mentally ill

This pisses me off because NOBODY is willing to take accountability for the state of Seattle. To them it will always be the polices fault or the governments fault, this victim mentality people have nowadays will be our ultimate downfall
Typical for lefties
Then Mayor Jenny Durkan stated the CHOP zone had a ‘block party’ feel to it. She then predicted it would be the ‘summer of love’. The rest of the council members weren’t any better.
And you’re right, the lack of accountability is partially why Seattle is now beyond salvagable. They want to criticize law enforcement and other emergency responders for doing their jobs then when actions and poor decision making effects them personally they demand law enforcement and medics as well as firemen respond ASAP.
*Laughs in live in another country*
You good down there in the US?
You're brainwashed. The government has plenty of money to solve homelessness, stop poverty, place weapons bans...but it does none of that, all while underfunding public services like mental health and child care, but overfunding police by hundreds of millions. Poverty is created by the government. It keeps budgets high for things they have investments in like weapons, military grade gear, prisons, etc. Don't be dumb. We give Israel hundreds of billions but can't fund public services? Can't clean up predatory student loans? Can't rehabilitate instead of imprison? Okay, sure.

And in this scenario, the people who killed George Floyd and sparked all this bullshit were (in the order of blame):
George Floyd
His drug dealer who sold him a fentanyl laced speedball
And the crowd of cop-haters who decided before anything had happened that the police were racist and they needed to protect the poor black man (cause you know, black people are incapable of protecting themselves so white people like you have to do it for them, right?) They chose to do this by forming a tight perimeter, aggressively screaming at and arguing with officers preventing them from clearing the scene.
People seem to forget that they don't have to rely 100% on the government for help. That's what our freedom and the 2nd amendment is for.
