Hi ! It was a good motivation video. But one thing is people with PCOS/Thyroid in general has low energy levels and hence it's not advisable to straight away start with 20:4 fasting window. They have to atleast start with 12:12 and then maybe slowly can increase their fasting window. Basically the key here is "Taking little steps" as a beginner and keep marching towards the goal with consistency. Taking it slow by understanding how our body works as everyone's body is different. Just with my experience I thought of adding this suggestion of mine as an input to your awesome informative video. I understand you are motivating. But people sometimes fail to take things slow infact that's basic and default. But many don't understand and then comeback complaining. That's the reason I wanted to put it here. Keep posting useful information like this which might help many. All the Best :) Thank you !:)

I would like to tell y'all this is a good video about intermittent fasting and being on calorie deficit but whether this is advisable for PCOS/PCOD is highly questionable because people with pcos/pcod ofter suffer with insulin resistance, increased cortisol secretion and Intermittent Fasting will increase these above mentioned conditions thereby causing them to binge on more carbs so its better to consult your dietician / doctor to follow anything because you might put your body through smth that might add on stress. It's okay to educate ourselves than being sorry. Also keep up the good work ma'am, will enjoy your contents 💜✨

Hello Janani, I enjoyed watching the video. I just have one doubt, "does your food intake cover your daily survival calories?". Becoz I think roughly around 800-1000 cal is what you're intaking, isn't that too lesser than your maintenance calorie?
Add one tablespoon of curd (if possible use cow milk curd) and 2 to 3 tumbler of water beat it in the mixer. Remove fat which float in the top and drink.
This won't even be 1200 calories. Best way to mess up metabolism, lose hair and periods and also muscle. Pls people don't follow this quantity of food esp if exercising.
Ama curd night time la intake panna kudadhunu solluvaga bcose it reduces our immunity power.So better take curd or buttermilk in af time or in morning breakfast.
