@@HAVEAGOA Thanks - I hadn't realised it was so expensive...I need 11 meters of the stuff -$550!!!. I found a place in Cairns "Jenkins Rubber shop" who stock it - waiting on info and prices from them. I imagine they will charge about that too, so I might look for a different solution.
Thk u for your upload guru What does the catch catch onto? Iis that a hole? Is That what the catch catches? Lol sorry. How do you lock the door when your in it? Thk u for your time
yes the arm goes into aa small hole the catch was designed for tool boxes and lockers so has no inside knob= I have drilled a small hole and made a short pin that goes through to unlock the catch- not perfect - but itll work till I find a more suitabe one
Your videos so far have been very helpful, thank you. I've been contemplating on building a camper trailer to potentially replace my truck bed. Laminated panels as you've demonstrated seem to be part of the answer. What's your opinion on using Fiberglass reinforced plastic beams putrusions as the subframe and or corner joints? Or a combination of aluminum extrusions for subframe? my primary reason being that I don't have access to or knowledge of welding. From my research, FRP beams seem to have similar strength to 6063 t6 aluminum but they are about 30% lighter and have better thermal transfer. What aluminum grade have you used? Do you find that the aluminum sandwich panel itself provides enough structural support and rigidity that skeletal frame in the fashion of traditional framing is not so important?
nobody uses a subframe with this system Floodlight. Its designed to eliminate frames. The panels lock together with a tongue and groove and the corners and bases slip into a system of channels designed specifically. Coolroom tech. It is designed to be sanitary, fast, light, inexpensive and strong. It's been around for 30 years. refrigerated delivery trucks are made this way.
@@t.h.o.r.Thank you for responding. Would this system be strong enough to support an overhang for a bed without some diaganol support? Or say if I were to install cabinets, would you recommend bolting those down to the walls or just the floor? There would atleast be metal floor joists right?
Is there more to diesel series past 5.2? How did it go? Where you finally satisfied with end result? Would it scale for enough diesel for 40 acre farm? 10 acres of lawn? Thank you
TinyHouse and Offgrid Resources - toxic neighbor , I will read comments sorry to hear. Was there good result on diesel? Viable? How much diesel with one bag of plastic. Thank you.
Hi, whats the best way to contact you? I can't find any contact details in the about page or the description. Wanted to discuss a camper like the one you built.

If you read the comments on 5.2 you will see that the neighbor turned toxic on me and Ive had to stop work on it
@@t.h.o.r. Such a shame. You really do need a 10 hectare plot to work on these days...with trees surrounding you.
