It would probably be like holding two fairly decent sizes rocks in your hand because the body doesn't technically exist in this phase so it probably wouldn't have any mass. So just the stone rollers which seem to be about a Medium amount of heavy.
I'm not sure if you can take types other than blue into the submerged/Engulfed Castle, if I can't find a way to get rock pikmin In without Hacking the game then I'll test it with a substitute Boss Like One of the arachnorbs
No you can’t bring any other types in there exempt for blues. They put a lock on it. You would have to hack but even then there would be a bunch of water you would have to deal with.
Winged and rocks are immune to the water wraith which is why the only way to get them into the water wraith fight is to start with them and somehow get all the way down to the water wraith floor in the final dungeon
Only on soft surfaces, some engulfed castle floors are hard

In Pikmin 3 winged pikmin could only be crushed by the Plasm Wraith crystal.

While winged pikmin in most cases wont get crushed, the Waterwraith pushes them to the floor to get crushed

It's soft ground in the testbed, how about getting them crushed by WaterWraith in Castle cave sublevels even the boss stage?

I think this wouldn't work if the ground was made of metal.
Apparently, theyre immune to crushing as long as the ground beneath them is soft, meaning if they get crushed on a hard surface, they die
