Sadly my Wii U broke so I can play pikmin 3 anymore I have all the other games HEY PIKMIN DOES NOT COUNT but u plan to try and get it soon on my switch
as someone who's favourite pikmin type is winged pikmin, it's weirdly pleasing getting to learn how required they make themselves by holding progress hostage with invisible barriers
Whether in pikmin 2 or 4 I would really like to see a only white pikmin run. Mainly due to white pikmin being overshadowed by all the other pikmin types in the games that’s story modes feature them, imo. It’ll be cool to see the poisonous speedy digger bois get used to their fullest potential. Without having to share the limelight
I mean if you look at the challenge runs Press A and Lemon did for 2 you can see that a white only run is not only impossible, but also not very interesting. Purples only has the fact that it actually only needs purples to pay off the debt and get the good ending (beyond the tutorial) going for it, while blue only needs to use purples 2x but gets to a waaay higher clear %. Both skip pretty much every instance of anything that requires whites, except a few treasures every dungeon. Whites only would still require purples, but also have the lower clear %.
3:34 It is possible to defeat the mawdad without pikmin by slapping it with one of the captains. That being said, rocks are still needed for the crystal walls earlier in the Garden of Hope
Heres a fun fact about me, back when Pikmin 3 first came out, I was 5 years old. The final boss made my red, yellow, winged and blue pikmin extinct so I beat the final boss with 42 rock pikmin. Best moment ive had with this game
4:34 Fruits are necessary once for progression, not just to keep your characters fed. The path to the Blue Onion will only open if you have at least one bottle of juice at the beginning of a day. There’s even some dialogue that hints at such. Plus, the Scornet Maestro drops the Seed Hive which grants 2.5 bottles by itself, or 1.25 on the Deluxe version’s Ultra-Spicy version. Considering how rare of an occurrence that would be, that’s some impressive attention to detail.

18:26 Is It possible to do that in switch version? Im trying to do this challenge too but i don't know if that was fixed in switch edition
i would LOVE to see you try to do a minimum *everything* all treasure, part, fruit, etc. run in any game. especially pikmin 4. there's some insane small skips
Beating Pikmin 3 with only Winged Pikmin would just be playing the game normally :)
Rock pikmin are my favourite pikmin, so it's awesome to see a RUclipsr do a rock Pikmin only challenge
What happens if you get yellow pikmin via the candypop if you never collected their onion? Does it then automatically add it to the master onion? Or, did it do so when you tricked the game into reuniting with Brittany the incorrect way?
i still cant believe how much better this game is than 4
I used to see Pikmin 3 as the worst, but honestly after playing it a second and third time on switch it is my new favourite.
I miss playing pikmin 3 on the Wii U. I have it for the switch but something about the Wii U as a whole is just nostalgic. Which my game pad wasn’t broken.😞
Rock'n out with my rockmin.
Do you have a link to the music at 28:36? It sounds fantastic. Happy gaming!
It's the theme from Captain Falcon
@@josepablomunozguerrero2548 What’s the name of it?
@@CharmCityGamer Big Blue from F-Zero. There's a lot of versions, but I think the one in the video is from Super Smash Bros Meele
@@josepablomunozguerrero2548 Much obliged!
The pikmin 2 cave experience in a nutshell:
Usally i never subscribe if it's mentioned, but i'm a simple man. I see pikmin, I subscribe xD
This video rocks!
hey whats this first song called? you use it often. I love your videos and would love for you to share the songlist each video!
It’s called the secret of the forest from the chrono trigger OST
He could have broken.
The dirt wall at the start with fist fist
I just thought, why doesn’t Brittany just jump over the short fence in the distant tundra? It is so small and she could just dodge roll into it to break it
Im addicted to the lil pikimans. Pikmin 4 ruined me. Ive finished 4/3/2 within 2 weeks. 100%d with all plat medals on 4/3. Now im here. For oak: make britney take long path to force the wraith to a corner to buy time.
this was uploaded on my birthday so thanks for the late birthday present
Damn, someone on the dev team REALLY hates low% runs.
