For gameboy and most nintendo cartridge games the label will have a number imprinted on it or letter number combo.
Also you can look at the pins and it should say nintendo along the bottom
I had the original gameboy, the green gameboy, silver gameboy pocket, clear purple gameboy color. i still have the silver gba sp, cobalt black & silver ds lite. For 3ds I have the anniversary LoZ and the Fire Emblem one. Last handheld the black and blue 2ds xl
Purple was my first gameboy color. Red was my first gameboy. Arctic blue was my GBA

That smash bros box looks to be a reproduction box possibly way too glossy. Same with the batman box. Was it white inside or brown ?

The new Switch Mario version includes a carrying case too. Maybe the insert from that would fit in your Odyssey version? I see a couple of listings for box and inserts only floating around on eBay.

Last year in March here literally all thrift stores and swap meets and flea markets were closed. It would have strictly been Walmart and Target sourcing for me if I was full time back then.

No, that’s only when you’re looking in search. Pull up a sold listing in your phone that you’ve sold and check.
