Finally! A doctor recommending strength training and not just walking. Thank you, and to be specific, sSTRONGER muscles are what matter, not just pumped up muscles. And also remember, " bodybuilding" is primarily a pharmaceutical endeavor.

My daughter started a green veggie smoothie plan, mostly greens, fruit and little meat and ended up with kidney pain that felt like a bladder infection. Doctor found oxalates, first time we ever heard this. We cut out spinach, took citrates and the condition reversed.

I drink kale smoothie for more than six months. In the beginning, feel good. Then recently I start to have bladder pressure each time after drinking large quantities of kale smoothie. After stoping drinking it, the bladder pressure is gone.

48:22 make sure before you buy your iodine dropper from the store.. ask for and buy "ingestible iodine" only. Do not use the stuff you cover your wounds with.. That is not ingestible. The easiest way to get your iodine dose every morning is a drop or two of the ingestible iodine in your distilled jar of drinking water

Excellent interview, glad you had her on and discussed these topics. There is definitely an anti-plant based diet movement. It's mostly the carnivores who claim that plants are trying to kill us if we consume them. Considering the years and amount of clients Brooke has had experience using primarily vegetables to reverse disease....the answer is obvious.

AT 10 minutes(ish) she says we are "herbivores". We are NOT herbivores like horses and cows. We can't digest grass. We are FRUGIVORES! Doesn't she know that our GI tracts are identical to gorillas who eat FRUIT? Our teeth are more like theirs than they are like a cows'. Dr. Gregor knows this.
She talks about the "fast track to recovery" is with greens and that greens are highest in nutrition. Dr. Morse would say that to recover you need to create an environment that is clean and alkaline and only fruit is astringent enough to do that (detox) and remove the toxic wastes and inflammation and that greens are what comes later to use for building the body.
She still sounds very "conventional" with her references to "Covid" being "very much around" and to "auto-immune" disease which there is no such thing as the body is always trying to heal and does not "attack itself" like orthodox medicine teaches. She is right about one thing though, regarding (conventional) doctors. They do "know their medicine". Sadly, we aren't sick due to lack of medicine.

It's not about Dr. Morse's approach being right and Dr. Brooke Goldner's approach being wrong, because there are many roads to healing. Diet is not an ideology. All I know is Dr. Goldner's healing protocols are very effective and have given people fast recovery results. I've followed her for many years and so far she always said we are Frugivores and that in the wild we'd eat plenty of fruits, leaves and herbs.

When you do a water fast you're not adding any plant toxins or oxalates to your body. Your body can start resting and repairing. Be careful if you do a water fast after eating high oxalates foods because those oxalates will start dumping and you'll be in a world of hurt. Look up Sally K Norton.

You state vitamins and minerals from greens are the reason for healing. What vitamins and what minerals ? Meat has much higher concentrations of vitamins and minerals. liver is super food. You also claim omega 3's are what is healing people, but sardines and fish have much more than flax and chia. You don't mention those because you don't want to promote eating animals. You state sulforophane from cruciferous is the nutrient that is healing people but your smoothies are made with spinach, not cruciferous. the wide consensus is that chicken and eggs are thought to have the most arachadonic acid, not dairy and red meat. So your evidence should be presented if its contradictory. People who eat red meat are usually doing it for the testosterone. If this diet is really working for people it would be nice to know why. Chia was highly prized by indigenous tribes. Maybe it has an unknown benefit.

There are probably better methods/options with regard to type of magnesium for tissue absorption and might even be able to not use D3/K2 combo at all. Currently I only supplement with magnesium glycinate and have great results. Also I advocate eating hydrating fruit in the morning and around midday eat a big meal and evening for dinner eat another big meal. Hope this helps someone. Well tomatoes bring my hypo thyroid problems back….hijiki seaweed is the only and best to heal thyroid because it’s low in iodine, other seaweeds like nori can destroy thyroid, they are higher in iodine
