I so admire Dr Brooke Goldner. I’ve been WFPB for 5+ years. Switched from Vegetarian for health issues & it changed my life. She is both inspirational & educational. Great Combination. Thank you!

I just love these women! I’m in so much less pain by following Dr. Goldner’s hyper nourishment program. I also eat according to what I’ve learned from Dr. McDougall and this seems to be the 1… 2 punch that my body needed!
Thank you so much AJ for hosting these shows!!!

I don’t know who this is for but I encourage you to lean into accepting personal food boundaries for the most health. Both these helpful ladies teach this. Choose health over that food that increases difficulty to daily productivity and peace. Also health symptoms are mentally & physically easier to deal with at a lean weight so do whatever it takes to practice that lifestyle.
I’m currently healing from health traumas and at a low body fat range now and it’s easier to deal with the not yet changed symptoms. But I will keep improving with prayers, health and fitness habits to help overcome illness. I want peace and productivity. People won’t understand your necessary radical choices unless they have been thru difficult illness so not mentioning them to people who won’t understand is best for peace. I recently met 3 women at the Y that understand. Thank God for bringing us together to strengthen each other as we keep trying for improvements. I cheer everyone on. 💕🙏🏼

Loved this one; there were some real gems (smoothie in your ear😂) along with some great info (have to do resistance training to build muscle; muscles don’t just magically appear by eating protein). Thanks so much, Chef AJ and Dr. Goldner!!

I love my (usually) fruit-free green smoothies: mainly arugula, some baby lettuce, celery, flax seeds, hemp seeds, black cumin seeds, water and a drop of apple cider vinegar. Very refreshing . When I'm in a wild crazy mood, I'll add some frozen wild blueberries.

For bladder UTIs - try drinking the water from steamed asparagus. It really helps.

That's because your husband is a scientifically and mathematically trained problem solver who operates on real, cold hard data and real, first principles based cold hard facts / truths. As are you. I know the breed because I am exactly trained like your husband's base degree and my sibling is exactly trained with your base M.D. internal medicine degree followed by a different specialisation. My husband is similar to me too. So we focus on problem solving void of emotions, root cause it and fix it and move on / be happy again! It's why I listen to you and your husband.
