I'm really happy to get more cold weather clothes. I feel like I've exhausted all the existing cold weather clothes and even the cc for that is somewhat rare. So these are definitely welcome in my game!
Yes sis! I have even separate folder called winter for coats, jackets, gloves and scarfs, have done all cold weather tag pages on the maxis match Tumblr and still. There is no enough of winter outfits and accessories, especially for women :c
Gosh, this pack seems really amazing in terms of the CAS, build/buy mode, and the world. Honestly, I don't really care much about the skiing and snowboarding and what-not, but I think that it could be a really cute family activity for my sims! I have a feeling you'll be able to have a LOT of fun with the story telling aspects of this pack, Jenn! Love ya (:

Hey Jen, so the thing that’s hanging off the males rock climbing pants is called a carabiner and it is a specialised type of shackle that has a spring loaded gate. When rock climbing, it is used to attach rope to a climbing harness or rope to a climbing wall pitch (depending on the style of climbing). The puffy little snow suit thing you get for toddlers is called a down suit (because it’s filled with goose down) and would be used for mountaineering in extremely cold temperatures. Just incase you were interested 😊

i don't think i saw in the comments but the mascot things are a staple thing in japan! every city, company, airport, or any thing for that matter has their own mascot. there's even a college for mascots there! the mascot is kind of in the shape of a snowman with a mountain shaped head. hope that helped ^-^

Yukata not kimono , kimono s are bigger and longer to the feet (can almost shoe the toes)and heavier ❤️and also more colorful and have some more gears ^^
The bunny hat is adorable on toddles but kinda creepy on kids :O

aww the full body winter outfit for toddlers with the hood reminds me of the real life outfits i have seen for toddlers i had one for my daughter and i was also put in one when i was a toddler so cute i want this pack i cant wait for it to come out
The character costume is a reference to Japanese mascot culture. It’s really common for towns and cities to have mascots to help promote things like tourism. They’ll have someone dress in the costume for events like festivals. People even go to special schools to learn how to be a good mascot! My guess is that little guy is meant to be Mt. Komorebi’s mascot. It’s a really cute touch!
Their name is Yama-Chan (from what I heard in the live stream)
I know you mentioned not wanting to obliterate the name Mt. Komorebi, but hearing you call it komo just doesn't feel right lol... the 'rebi' part is pronounced like "ready" but with a b instead of a d... komorebi basically means sunlight shining through the trees... hope this helps...

You were asking if we’d actually use the bunny hood. I would especially for toddlers. Currently it feels like there are zero toddler Halloween costumes. There’s the monster onesie which doesn’t feel like a costume at all and then two Christmas costumes? Which definitely are not Halloween costumes. I guess if you bought Journey to Batuu you can use those outfits as Halloween costumes but I just don’t want that pack. Halloween is my favorite holiday and I definitely will have my toddlers use the bunny hood as a costume

Absolutely love the CAS hair & tops for females! Stunning. I am pretty upset about Male CAS though. It is very lackluster, especially the hairs. I also agree with your point about them adding more casual wear for men, Jenn. I think there is only one male hair and two or three male clothing pieces that I genuinely love. Japanese street fashion is AMAZING and EA really could have given us so much more. CAS in general could have been better. This is an EP & CAS is lacking immensely. We got so much in Eco Lifestyle and I really feel like we're just not getting what we could've in this pack. I'm also pretty disappointed with the CAS for Toddlers & Children as well. I love the converted hair styles but if we keep getting the same hairs in each life state, how can we possibly differentiate....using the same hairs gets boring so this is very limiting for those that don't play with CC. Overall, CAS is nice, BUT we've most definitely seen better in the last few EPs in my opinion.

You actually don’t need seasons they added the weather system but only the base of it like rain and snow and temperatures and such but if you want holidays i would consider seasons

Sorry you sounds like its terrible that there is not a girl hair dedicated to children only, but there is one for the boy... meanwhile there is like 3 hair for males, no beard at all, less clothes... and females again gets everything...
I know most women don't look at action movies but in order to get the full concept of that hair that you don't like on the men you would have to look at Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift there is a character named Han that wears this hairstyle I'm guessing the reason it don't look good in The Sims is because it does look like clay can't wait for Content creators to fix this I love Alpha CC
The hair is just bad and looks awful on Sims, Like a bold sim wearing a wig. They could made it better. And I'm not talking about the 'clayish' look, just the shape is awful
