Not going to lie I loved hearing about your little date. I am 22 and I know that's extremely young and such, but no matter what age you are when you kinda are in that phase where you stop moving forward and start observing everyone around you, you start picking up on what you have and what you don't have. Almost all my friends are in some type of relationship and I've never been in a long one before. Sometimes I feel kinda sad because I want to find a guy so that I could share my life and what not but at the same time I don't want to rush it. It's really nice hearing that no matter the age, no matter what life path you've been on, you can still find someone and feel all the sparks and the butterflies and everything. You're never too old and you're never too late.
Honestly, you're right not to rush it, i speak from experience here, sometimes it feels like it's been so long since you've had any romantic relationship or anything like that, that you're tempted to just settle and go for something that you're not 100% into, yet when you find someone you actually connect with, you'll know. It'll be so obvious and so magic you won't be questionning it at all, and it'll all make sense, i promise. Just don't think that you're less because of the time you've spent alone, so many people don't know how to be alone, you'll feel so good to have had that time with yourself, to get to know yourself and what you need/want from life and a partner
This is literally my grandparents’ old house! Not quite with the yellow, but it gives me some nostalgia.

I looooove this house. The only thing that bugged me was that you went with the laptop in the teens room! The boxy computer would have went better with the 70s vibe. Love you Jen glad your date went well. ❤

there were no computers in the 70's hell when I was 18 in the 90's I barely had one

I honestly love it. I love the 70's so much and basically all the decades from the 1940's to the 1990's. I would definitely live in that house, and I just love retro stuff.

I love the uniqueness of the house even though it’s based off of 1970’s homestyle. Or maybe that’s why I love it? Idk but I also enjoyed hearing about the personal stuff because me and my boyfriend (ironically also named Juan) are having problems and we’re only 19, but it’s nice to hear that even though you two loved each other, you decided to separate for your own happiness and that everything is okay for you despite separating.
This house is so cute I am loving it.

I think I know what you were meaning describing the paneling, it's like something you'd expect in a gentleman's library. The kind that has velvet curtains and leather furniture and smells like expensive cigars. Maybe 'studious'?
