Those wooden sandals you wanted to call 'flip flops' are actually called 'geta' and they are traditional shoes generally worn with kimonos but can be worn around the house too. And the first outfit you called a kimono was actually a yukata, they added a yukata and a kimono in this pack the kimono is the one with the cardigan (the cardigan that goes over the top of kimonos is called 'haori'). The difference between a kimono and a yukata is that a kimono is more formal and generally has more layers and a yukata is more casual and people usually wear it around hot springs or during the summer :)

Wow you can see how much influence the actual Simmers, not EA, had in these clothes and hairs. I can't wait to see the edits and recolors of these items the modders make. I am really annoyed there aren't just normal jeans to the ground for males or females and everything is cropped still. I don't understand why we can't just have normal freaking jeans. But I'm actually excited to buy this pack. Thanks for this overview!
i use a lot of cc but i actually really like sims clothing, i love some base game stuff, i really like cats and dogs, get famous, seasons, parenthood etc. but yeah, ea is trying to include a lot of culture and unique fashion styles into the game!

I like that they are giving the kids more hairstyles but I wish there were some just for kids. Like some hairstyles just look better for adults not kids.
