Sir, My wife is a 1st Share Holder and My Mother is ( deceased) 2nd Share Holder in my flat. My queries are as a Husband can I have the right to suggest and speak in any society meetings or say only Bonafied members can speak in the meetings.
Redevelopment is going on and generally Ladies members doesn't know anything about the Bye Laws and procedures of redevelopment, so will I attend the meeting and speak or suggest anything related to society matters.

If the share certificate is given to unauthorised persons then who is liable for such action of the office bearers. ? Later such an authorised person refuses to give it back to office bearers to make some more entries on that share certificate in such cases who is to be blamed and punished?

Any member can attend the meeting. If one member is attending the meeting as a member or as part of a committee member, no second member can participate in that meeting.

DDR and all is just time pass, they take more than 1 or 2 years to deliver justice ... by that time a person gets tired after spending a lot of money and time!!! Good question. It is not mentioned anywhere. In my opinion, EGM is a one-point agenda meeting, but there can be more than one agenda in SGM.
