In my view, your website have first critical rough estimate of new RERA carpet area for members, by taking current plot BUA, consumed area, age of building etc. so that people would get fair idea of their rightful areas like 35% fungible, 15% additional FSI for old buildings more than 30 years age.
New Redevelopment as so very well explained in the above video by ex-IAS Officer Mr. Gautam Chatterjee Sir is definitely the need of the hour in today's times 2025 onwards considering the huge amount of problems that have taken place during the entire process of Redevelopment.
