    Hi Frank, Thanks for this. The diversity of your beginner workouts keeps it interesting and boredom leads the way to failure at least for me. I started with a warm up, then your Part 1, then this new part 3, and then skipped to the middle of part two and finished with the 10 minute AB. Thanks again for the encouragement for those of us that have a long way to go.

      I think they would be to difficult to try. That trainer will make it very hard to perform these same movements.
      You could also try doing this on fist ground outside where you have more room to perform this.
