Great quick stretch and to utilize at work (I sit 90% of the day at work). I love the quick 10 minute excercise variations.

My body is only a body but I will turn it into a temple! I have started doing at least 30 minutes of fitness 3 time a week and Donovan Chair workouts are great! I started this week on Monday and completed my first third time this Friday! I feel great and I feel like I am going to keep up with this until it become a habit and start adding more days and more time until I reach at least 5 times a week.

Just finished the 5 minute morning workout, had to modify that circular motion of the thighs LOL, but other than that it was a pretty good workout. This'll be a morning and evening workout...5 days a week.

Hey, D! You got any stretches for sciatica sufferers?
I suffer with back problems and it's probably from having a sedentary Job. I've lost over 70 pounds but the pain really stops me from doing other things besides walking. I was told that my core is probably weak, so that is what I need to work on. What do you think and do you have a chair workout for weak cores. Thanks
