this will work only if you have the perfect set up. That how I failed my first test. trainer was just practicing with the perfect set up and not offseting to the right to get into the parallel position. Can you do a video on offset to right and then parallel please.

Any advice on straight backing . I kept messing up . I know it's simple but I keep hitting cones . I either turn too much to the left or right .

when straight backing, SLOWLY trail the trailer. To give you a visual, I like to keep the little bolts on the trailer corner in line with the tractor "wing"(edge of tractor)....when I see the bolts moving out of line to the right, the back of my trailer is moving left so I need to steer Left(trail the trailer) to get back centered....vice versa when the bolts are moving too far left (im seeing past the metal edging) the back of my trailer is too far right so i need to turn right to recenter myself......the real key is moving slow and keeping the reference point in line...I hope this helps

I'm working on this myself! LOL What I learned so far is most people over correct. When your trailer starts to drift even slightly, you're either going to turn the wheel for 1 second and a half to 9 o'clock or 3 o'clock and immediately back to 12 o'clock. Make sure you are as centered as you can be between the cones before backing up. WE GOT THIS!!!

Sound like you're waiting to long to catch the trailer once it drifts

I’m new and I always back straight with one trick I taught myself. If I can see both sides of the trailer, I’m straight. If I start losing sight of one side of the trailer, I turns the wheel into the side I can see til I see both sides in my mirrors again. Just keep turning the wheel into the side of the trailer you can see

Place one hand top center of steering wheel when rolling back that way you don’t turn wheel no more than 3 o clock to the right no more than 9 o clock to the left before up pull all the way up to the two from cones snake your way in between them to get your trailer straight

Does anyone know a video with the 20-23 ft trailer doing blind side parallel?
