Hi, loved your content. Its amazing. It motivates me always to build an agency.
Happy to hear that! More videos to come :)
I particularly enjoyed the detailed explanation on acquiring domains and setting up email accounts efficiently. The step on setting up multiple domains for email sending efficiency stood out to me. I'm excited to incorporate the authentication steps discussed into my email outreach strategies for better results.

Of the domains you purchase, do you engage domain forwarding to your primary agency domain? I am imagining prospects receiving an email and then doing some digging on where the email is coming from. Additionally, are you keeping your signatures identical across all emails?
Yes, forwarding is really important. This way, when the clients enter your sending domain into a browser's address bar, they will be taken to your main website. Check out this article to learn more: help.instantly.ai/en/articles/6589359-how-to-set-up-forwarding-google-domain
Also, you can keep signatures identical if you are using all the accounts with same name but if you have multiple accounts with different names that you want to use for your campaign, you can create a signature that will import only the sender's name of the email account that sends the email in question. Check out this article to learn more about this: help.instantly.ai/en/articles/6554308-adding-variables-to-your-signature
Great video! Do you suggest we put our calenldy link in our intial message to trigger more scheduled calls? Or should we wait till a prospect positively responds then send the calendly?
@jamesluctamar4552 Do an A/Z test and see what method works better for your niche.
@@InstantlyAI Thank you!!! Also how long do you think we should email a campaign before realizing we should try a different niche, offer? 1 week? 1 month?
@jamesluctamar4552 a few hundreds or thousands of leads. You should aim for 1 positive reply per 200 emails sent. If you're not getting positive replies, change copy or niche. Don't wait too long, because sending too many emails to the wrong niche can affect your deliverability later on.
Do we have to follow step 3-6 for 3 emails for the domain?
Thanks for the tutorial! Learned so much here. I have a question btw, instead of creating a new Google Workspace account. Can I use the other domain name as secondary domain for my main Workspace account?
Yes you can!
Hey dude quick question if I may:
Do I really need 70 workspaces? I see you addded the new new domain to an existing google workspaces, and from there verified the domain, activated gmail etc...
Thank you so much!
I was wondering the same!
@@johnnyeberhard Hey man I managed to merge it all.
In my main workspace I've addded all domains and all users, and from there i only have 1 invoice and account to manage!
@@johnnyeberhard I'm also wondering the same
Please make a video about the entire process of doing the workspaces and each domain and each of the 3 emails per domain per 1 workspace. We have been hung up for two work days now trying to get the workspace part to work. Why when I add a domaine to my original workspace domain (did the first one).then after activating it and two new users then added two more domains into that same workspace, showing 3 domains, then as I went to make users for the new domains they are making the users with the same domain as the original one so if this is the case why wouldn't we just have all 10 of the user options just all be from the same domain. Otherwise there is something off with this. Shouldn't we have each of the three domains making 3 emails that have the ending as the domain name, not all as the first domain name...We are stuck and not sure if this is correct. Wish it was just complete a-z not skipping things assuming we know things. Shouldn't it be that each domain has 3 users that share the domain name on the end of their email addresses....if so how do we make that happen. Anyone know a tech that can help us today...we thought this was going to be fully step by step after watching it multiple times so now we've bought a bunch of stuff and we're not even able to get the workspace domains and users set up accounts set up correctly. I have a 145 IQ but this is seriously so challenging.
@drtracythomas I get you, it can be confusing. When you are adding a new user and you have multiple domains connected to that email workspace, there is a dropdown and you just need to select which domain you want to create new users on.

I'm unsure why no one else noticed this significant oversight in this video. But here goes. He does not mention some major expenses in this process for some reason. He says to purchase 70 Google Workspace accounts @ $6.00 per account. Okay, that's true. But you get that price ONLY if you pay for it ANNUALLY. So if you do the math, that's $72 ($6.00 X 12 months) per Google Workspace account X 70 accounts = $5,040, plus tax per YEAR. That's a big chunk of cheese to pay upfront. If you choose the monthly route, it's $7.20 a month X 70 accounts = $504 plus tax, a MONTH.
Additionally, he shows that when setting up the Google Workspace account, he adds 2 more USERS to the account. He didn't say ALIASES. He said, USERS. Aliases are FREE. USERS are NOT. Additional users cost the same as the PRIMARY account user. So, assuming he meant what he said, "users," that would add an additional $12 to the original $6, making it a total of $18 PER ACCOUNT, plus tax (PAID ANNUALLY). Let's do the math: $18 a month X 12 months = $216 a year per account X 70 accounts = $15,120 (plus tax) ANNUALLY!
AND HE DIDN'T THINK THAT WAS AN IMPORTANT FACT TO MENTION IN THE VIDEO?
If you pay monthly, $7.20 X 3 accounts = $21.60, plus tax. So let's do the math: $21.60 a month per account (plus tax) X 70 accounts = $1,512 (plus tax) a MONTH!
If I made any calculation mistakes, I'm open to any corrections. But this is what I came up with. The video is a good training video on the process of setting it up. That said, he glossed over the expense of this setup as if it didn't matter to most people. But most people can't afford this.
Also, most people don't need to send 10,000 emails daily, especially if they're starting out. You can cut this amount to something you can afford while still following the process, then gradually build it out as your business grows. What he has done in this video is what a millionaire marketer does, not a beginner. He didn't send out 10,000 emails daily as a beginner, either. You can start at the level you can afford and build up from there. That's what he did.
Thanks for your detailed analysis! It's clear you've put a lot of thought into the costs associated with Google Workspace accounts. Allow me to clarify a few points:
Annual vs. Monthly Pricing: While we mentioned the $6 per account, it's important to note that businesses can choose the payment plan that best suits their needs. The annual plan offers a discount, but the monthly option is available for those who prefer it.
Users vs. Aliases: We appreciate your observation. We do not recommend or support connecting alias accounts. You can only add it as a separate account like you would with a new email. Since aliases use the same sending account behind the scenes, it gets exposed to your provider (such as GSuite), and they can flag your sender's reputation which would negatively impact your deliverability.
Scalability: You're absolutely right; not everyone needs to start with 70 accounts. The strategy we outlined is scalable. Beginners can start small and gradually increase their outreach as their business grows.
Remember, the goal is to provide a framework that can be tailored to individual needs and budgets. Thanks for watching and contributing to the discussion!
Great video! Do we need to host all the domains or just the main one?
You can set up domain forwarding and just host the main domain where all the other domains are directed. You can go through this helpful article to learn about domain forwarding help.instantly.ai/en/articles/6589359-how-to-set-up-forwarding-google-domain.
Id love a tutorial on how to purchase the right domains and emails!
You can buy domain from Godaddy and Squarespace and for email you can go for Gsuite and Outlook.
There are many videos online which can help you with setting up that.
Does this same method work with name cheap or I would need to sell the house to pay Google?
@AlexDoesBiz Google emails are more reliable and better for deliverability.
@@InstantlyAI How does Namecheap compare with Google for deliverability? Because you made a video recommending using Namecheap
Can anyone tell what software he is using to make these notes 1:50
Hey, it's Notion, he shared it in a comment above
Does it necessary to buy domains with simple gmail we cannot send mail? There is any alternative of this. Beacuse im not having the fund to buy them
It is not recommended to do cold email outreach with Gmail accounts. Gmail accounts are more likely to be flagged as spam, especially when sending unsolicited emails in bulk. This can significantly reduce the chances of your emails reaching the recipient's inbox. On the other hand, using a custom domain for cold emails does add a layer of professionalism and credibility.
Should all secondary emails redirect answers from prospects to the main account? Otherwise it can be complicated to track all responses. Thanks!
Yes, redirecting responses from secondary emails to the main account can streamline communication and ensure consistency in follow-up.

Thanks for the awesome video 👍I've just been through and setup everything as you mentioned. The Google Workspace costs aren't for the faint hearted at this level!
Google is forcing my sub to £12 per user per Workspace. I did 30 Workspaces, 3 users per Workspace, totalling £1080 per month in emails address alone 🤑
Or have I missed something here? Thanks
Go into admin account and change subscription to starter @ £6 each
What about CAN-SPAM Act (USA) Compliance:
How do you bypass verifying 70 domains??
Will you purchase 70 different numbers to verify each google account?
Use sms-man.com, onlinesim.io or juicysms.com + add a recovery email (if asked sometime in the future, you can give a recovery email), and log in from the same IP.
Or, you can try to get the accounts from Google reseller. Check out our FB group for some recommendations: facebook.com/groups/coldemailmasterclass
Hey do you know if I should log into every gmail account and setup a profile picture and co? And thanks for the great video! I am following the steps while watching!
Yeah, you should set up a profile picture on all your email accounts to build trust. Thanks for the compliment, glad you liked the video :)
@@InstantlyAI Can you respond please? Do you have to sign in to every user to enable IMAP?
Yes
My main domain is currently marked as spam. I didn't have any clue about bulk emailing. What happens if I use a subdomain for cold emailing? Is it going to be marked as spam automatically or should buy another domain?
You should consider buying another domain if you feels that there is no chance to improve the situation on current domain. FYI, subdomains are not recommended to send cold emails.
Great video, thank you!
Does privateemail work too or GSuite is mandatory?
@KristiqnUzunchev We recommend Gsuite instead for better deliverability, but it's always a good idea to diversify your email accounts, so get bunch of Gsuite, Microsoft 365, Godaddy Outlook and other email accounts, don't rely on just one provider.
yo quick question: can i use my custom email alias to send cold email through instantly?
We do not recommend or support connecting alias accounts. Since aliases use the same sending account behind the scenes, it gets exposed to your provider (such as GSuite), and they can flag your sender's reputation (which would negatively impact your deliverability).
Do you need to create 70 domains, or could you just create those emails on the existing one domain?
We recommend our users to have from 2 to 5 email accounts per domain.
To be candid, it's generally not recommended to send more than 100 emails daily from a single domain. Therefore, I'm somewhat hesitant about the idea of dispatching 150 emails using three different senders per domain. This approach seems a bit excessive. There is not potential risks for optimal email deliverability and effectiveness?
He is sending 10,000 emails from 210 accounts. Thats less than 50 mails per day per account
I guess you don’t understand my statement. More than 100 emails/domain is too much.. doesn’t matter how many users you have in this domain. For example if you have 2 users under the domain you can send 50 emails per users and total will be 100 emails per domain.
If you have 3 users under that domain you will send 30 emails for each and the total will be under 100 per domain.
So if you have a domain and 3 users and you send from each user 50 emails per day is to much.. why??
Because the total for that domain will be 150 emails sent.
I hope you get it
Can we use our simple personal email for cold emailing or it's is important to buy a domain?
It is important to buy a domain and have real email accounts to send from. More reliable and trustworthy. Better engagement with prospects if you are sending from professional email accounts.
@@InstantlyAI thanks for your time 😊
Is each domain on separate Google Workspace accounts or are you adding every domain to the same account?
good question! Anyone??
3 domains per workspace, 3 email accounts per domain
@@InstantlyAI what would be the cost to set this up work workspace?
When you do it this way Google in my Workspace forces me to pay the £12 p/m per domain user. Is this right?@@InstantlyAI
Thank you for this video. So I’m an agency and want to generate leads for a client. Does this mean the client needs to have multiple domains that I can use to get leads for them or I should be the one buying the domains for them?
It depends on your business model. You can have a DFY service and charge a setup fee for purchasing domains and setting all up. Then, charge additionally for every positive lead. Or, you can just do cold emailing with the email accounts they provide.
@@InstantlyAI Building off her question. I am doing a financial model to see if I have the capital to start this up. the setup fee is around $1356.60 to set up 70 domains with 3 emails. Then I would have to pay that same price for a client . That's a lot of money going out before seeing anything come in. Am I wrong about that process?
Is there any reason at all you would need 70 different domains, and 3 users per domain??? Is it just me or that just seems like the biggest wait of time and money?
I’m 100% sure you can just use 1 email to do this or am I getting something extremely wrong?
If you send too many emails from one domain you are jeopardizing the sender reputation of that domain. The rule of thumb is to send 30 cold emails per day from one email account and have 3 email accounts on one domain.
what sending per day per domain do you recommend right off the bat?
We recommend sending up to 30 emails daily per email account + 20 warm up emails and having from 2 to 5 email accounts per domain.
If I want to send only 100 personalised emails a day, would I need a warmup service to achieve this? And can I achieve this through 1 domain and 2 users?
F
You need to warmup your email accounts for any kind of emailing to cold prospects. So warmup those two accounts for two weeks, and then start sending slowly cold emails
@@InstantlyAI Thanks man! I've just done everything according to the video. So once I hit that warm up button, I basically don't touch anything for 2 weeks? Thanks
Yes, you can use that time to come up with the copy and get leads :)
Good vid, but I have a thought: You are getting to your 100k number by figuring that each sending account sends 50 daily emails, but that doesn't take into account that you recommend continuing to send 20 warmup emails every day even after the warmup has been running for at least two weeks. You also recommend limiting TOTAL daily sends to 50 which means we can only send 30 daily COLD emails, not 50. 30 daily cold emails + 20 warmups only = 30 cold emails daily per sending account.
It's 30 cold emails + 20 warm up emails per sending account/day.
This is great! Hey is there a template link to the setup doc mentioned in the video?

🤩
What if my domain was created on WIX?
It's essential to verify if WIX is handling your DNS records. If so, kindly add DNS records in Wix's DNS zone. Often, the website is hosted on WIX, but DNS is managed by the domain provider. It's advisable to consult your web admin for confirmation. We recommend using secondary domains instead of primary domains for cold emails. This ensures a smoother process and better deliverability.
For every new email you create on the google workspace do you pay another $6 on top of that?
Google Workspace allows you to create up to 30 email addresses per user, without having to pay for 30 licenses.
but they are alias accounts and you don't use them for cold emailing, and for cold emailing, you need paid accounts

the thing I dont understand is. Why we have to buy domains to have various gmail accounts? I can create a gmail account in minutes without pay nothing. What am i missing?
@Alex-do9jm using free Gmail addresses for cold email is not the best practice. To connect with your potential clients, it's highly recommended to use professional email addresses. The deliverability and engagement will be better.
In the video you suggested of buying 70 domains to get 50.000 emails per month so basically :
- I can send max 240 emails per month with one email account right?
- Every year i have to fully renew all the 70 domains or there is the possibility on keeping active only the email without paying?@@InstantlyAI
With one email account you can send 30-50 cold emails per day, so that's around 750 cold emails per month.
There is no possibility to keep an email active without paying. You would need to renew domain subscription and email provider subscription.

What's my total cost with softwares and domain to send 10,000 emails a day?
I was wondering the same thing. If we need to buy a workspace for each 70 domains, then it means email costs is 6/mo*70=$420/mo not that expensive actually considering the impression volume of 50k quality leads. If we round monthly cost to be $600/mo with domains and instantly, we can say $12 cpm, I think :)
Domain costs = $300 minimum, Email Sending = $97-$300 a month minimum. Email List Cleaning =$300-$500 minimum. Phone verification = $50
Other software = $100-$300
Noticed RUclipsrs love excluding those costs to make it seem really cheap and get views. 😂
@@donovanwilliams1435 domains should be cheaper I think
I think we can say $1.500/mo - $2K/mo conservative estimations. May be still good thinking that cold outreach is only for high ticket/ltv businesses
@@donovanwilliams1435you’re right. They all avoid talking about the costs. When you do the math it adds up quite a lot. Almost making it worthwhile mile to run paid ads. I want to know the most economical approach sending 70-100 targeted emails a day.
Instead of adding additional users in order to have additional email addresses for a domain, can't you simply have only one user for the Google Workspace account, and then just add additional alias
emails in Google Workspace for that user? For example, you could have the Google Workspace primary email that you create for the user, and then add two email aliases for that same user. Adding email aliases for a user is free in Google Workspace, for up to 30 aliases, if i'm not mistaken. Therefore, you would have 3 emails
without having to pay an additional $12 per month for the additional two Google Workspace emails ($6 per user) for that domain. Is there a reason why you do not use this approach in your strategy?
We do not recommend or support connecting alias accounts. Since aliases use the same sending account behind the scenes, it gets exposed to your provider (such as GSuite) and they can flag your sender's reputation (which would negatively impact your deliverability).
@@InstantlyAI Got it. Thank you for the explanation. This is a great video.
can i just send 1k emails per day using only one email i have with a domain

How can I reach out to you in private?

doesn’t your account get banned if you send 10K emails a day or doesn’t it go to spam ?
Not if you are following the right cold email practices. On our Instantly Accelerator Program inside the platform, we have a lot of content about this subject: app.instantly.ai/app/accelerator
20% of 15 is 3, just fyi. Still good tho
How much is it gonna cost to buy 70 domains ?

Playing devil's advocate here.. What's the point of Purchasing 70 New domains and ~20 email inboxes when you could be running paid ads instead haha. Probably more effective than cold emailing, don't you think?
@MJTRIZZLE that's an insightful question! With cold email you can get your b2b outreach more targeted and direct. You are communicating 1:1 with your potential client, you are able to personalize that message (personalize on scale with AI) and have more direct approach than you can ever have with ads. But if you are targeting consumers (b2c) then go with ads.
@@InstantlyAI Out of curiousity, how much would everything total per month?
Depends on the email volume you are sending. You can check this doc for some estimates: docs.google.com/document/d/1U9AV7wXHqMSa5-jYWFy-MQPjUbzIXV_d-ehMyp0wCdY/edit#heading=h.4ub55xvkkgb1
@@InstantlyAI I see it says 1k emails per day which = 30k emails per month from 30k leads, however.. I know the money is in the follow up so wouldn't you need to send more emails per month? and wouldn't that effect devilerability if you send too many emails per month? for example, day 1: 1k emails sent. day 2: 2k emails sent (1k cold, 1k follow up). day 3: 3k emails sent (1k cold, 2k follow up), etc etc.. I'm a bit confused how you're able to consistently keep it at 1k emails per month if you need to send follow ups aswell! I'm extremely interested in instantly if you can't tell hahaha but I just need to wrap my head around all the numbers before I pay
@MJTRIZZLE the follow-ups are included in that 1k emails sent per day.
If i send 10000 email per day then how much money needed for this & how much money i can make?
1 billion dollars ⛑️
70 domains at $12 per domain will cost $840 per year
3 email address per domain = 210 email addresses
Creating 210 email address on Google Workspace will cost $14,700 per year
If you send 10,000 emails per day and your closing rate is 1% then you should be closing 100 deals per day. If each deal is worth $100 then you can be making $10,000 per day.
This is just an estimate of course.
Heres a list of things you need so you have an idea how much the cost will be:
- 400k+ of leads list per month
- Purchase 70 domains to attach to google workspace accounts
- 70 Cellphone numbers to verify all the google accounts
- 1month of waiting time because every domain will need to warm up first.
- Instantly subscription
Revenue - depends on the product you are selling.
if you close 1 lead per 10k messages per day then that will equate to 30 clients per month.
The problem here lies with having 400k leads per month. Where will you get that large amount of leads list?
And if you will be burning 10k leads per day you need another people to go through the data so that you can efficiently improve your email outreach, buyer persona, etc.......
Hope this helps. And yes I do have an agency that sets this up and manages lead generation, email campaign outreach and social media outreach.
@@internetrecap5565 whats your agency name im interested
