Actually faux isn't even pronounced with English rules, it's pronounced with French pronunciation rules (aux making an "oh" sound.) Technically, she got it correct according to English rules. Not her fault we threw in a French word to our language and expect everyone to just know it's not normal.
Also, I play these at work every day while I'm designing. This is my fav ASMR channel! Amazing voice, graceful hands!

Maria, I'm glad you DO work in this profession and know about the things you show us in your videos. Aside from the ASMR/ relaxation part... I've learned about some great products to purchase for my elderly family members. Those products I learned about from you were a GREAT help to my older family members who needed things like what you've shown us in other customer service RP videos. I love it when you combine work with ASMR. Its believable because you know what you're talking about! Love it!

Please do more videos of just talking and describing. No crinkles, no tapping (or minimal), no whispering, no role play-just talk and describe. I’ve worn this one and the original towel folding one out. Then I have to rely on unintentional ASMR and I’m running out of those, too.

This video just made me realize the first time I had ASMR..in kindergarten the library aids would always speak very softly to us while we were practicing writing our letters in there and I always used to love listening to their voices. I would come home and tell my mom that their voices made me feel tingly and I wished she would talk like them all the time
My first experience with ASMR was the devil librarian reading to us in her gentle voice, while the heavy duty plastic covering the dust jacket crinkled every time she turned a page. I was in 2nd or 3rd grade and I remember trying to figure out why it was so hypnotizing.
I keep coming back to this video...the way Maria speaks here is perfect - especially when she's describing the fabrics....just beautiful 😊

Your tone of voice sounds the same, I was wondering if there was something you did differently while recording this particular video, that made it easier to hear. I just realized that you pronounced faux leather incorrectly. You called it fox leather....like the animal. It is pronounced the same way you would pronounce foe as in friend or foe. Faux means fake as in fake leather. This video is the best. Thanks for all of your hard work making these videos. I am not criticizing your accent and pronunciation. I have a friend who is czech and she wants me to tell her when she says things wrong. Hope you don't mind my presumptuousness. sp?

I saw this video and knowing that I had a recliner chair With massagers in it I went and lay in the chair and put my headphones in and put the massagers on and it was the most amazing feeling ever!!! Watching in 2018 because these old style videos are my favourite. I still love the newer ones but i find them too deliberate and staged to give me true asmr. I return to the older ones time and time again. This one and the suit fitting are my fave. Thank you Maria ❤ xx

I'm wondering if Maria's secret lies in how as a non native but fluent English language speaker she sounds out her consonents fully as she's clearly been taught, especially t , d and s, plus of course the foreign yet not foreign vowel sounds.
