it's so hard to get the alternate picked part at 0:30-0:40 to sound right, it's not that hard of a riff or challenging of a speed if you're used to that sort of thing, but matching the sound is hard!

I know, I'm just learning this piece and really struggling, its cause its totally improv'd the time and just played almost freestyle, I find that with a lot of his live solo's when I come to learn them.

@@naylor2006 that one riff is the only part i can't quite get to sound right. it doesn't really matter if it's perfect, but it's hard to tell what the heck is going on, the interactions with his rig, etc

@@ToppaliniTube yeah its completely spontaneous and almost random in its feel but so sick, its like he's playing a different timing but it fits. He's using his WH-10 with slap back reverb or his delay, the WH-10 has so much boost it distorts a lot, im still working on this little bit :/
Think ill just make sure I learn the notes utterly spot on in the tab then try and work out the feel later!
