The food is served in course meals, as part of a traditional kaiseki meal. With each course, you get 3-4 appetizers, along with your main entrée, which can be A5 wagyu beef and/or seafood, then ends with udon or porridge, then dessert. It’s one of the best Japanese course meals you can have in LA!
