I currently use the Olive oil one, the hemp one, and the Super Sure Grow one. I like the olive oil one, but it doesn't keep my hair as moisturized for long as the Super Sure Grow one! It SAVED my hair from breakage in the harsh winter time. You have no idea! Lol
Exactly! I only knew about three Blue Magic products lol. But omg they used to work miracles on my hair when my grandma used to press my hair or braid it.
I’ve used a lot of them and the bergamot and the blue one he compared to it are really good- the Indian hemp is my favourite but it is really heavy on my hair. It depends on your texture- I’m 4b but my 4c sister loves it 😁
My first blue magic purchase was of the little glass jar of the original blue. My Grandma introduced me to it. She used her blue magic with her stove hot comb.
I've been using the Indian Hemp one for yearssssss and I will faithfully use it and it will be the only grease I use 💚! Its amazing for braids and just to lock in moisture and give your hair shineee 🌟
I have been using Royal Crown original formula since the 60's the same Company who produces Blue Magic. I'm surprised they didn't send you that as well.

Mango and lime blue magic is actually really good. There is others products with Mango like the Elasta QP olive oil mango butter. Mango moisturizer products are actually really moisturizing for hair and skin.
Okay so even though I would love to see you try all these products yourself, even I know that would be a lot of products and a lot of videos to do, so thanks at least for posting this video. The Blue Magic with castor oil, baby, let me tell you, your reaction to the scent made me want to try it (i'm a sucker for scents), and I love it in my hair more than the regular Blue Magic. On my hair the castor oil BM is less greasy, yet it provides the same shine and detangle factor I love about the original BM, but I love the scent of the castor oil more than the original. So I get almost the same product but with a better more tolerable scent. Thanks for the vid!
@@jjwilliams9171blue magic is the best. Stick with the OG and you’ll never go wrong. Softee has been around for a long time too but the BM line is best.

I just started using the blue magic castor oil about 10 months ago and let me tell you my hair hasn't felt this good since I was a kid. I don't know why so many people hated on it in the first place, it did wonders for my hair.
@@gwendolynjohnson7304 I literally just ordered that one. If you dont mind my asking ,how often do you wash your hair and do you have to use a sulfate shampoo to get the grease out?I have 4c hair and a dry scalp. Also how often do you have to moisturise your hair throughout the week after using grease? Do you use it on your scalp and edges? Sorry for all the questions, I'm just sick of my hair not retaining moisture throughout the week.
@@mareek2007 sure no problem. I wash my hair once a week and I don't use a sulfate shampoo, bit I'm planning on getting one because there is a little build up on my scalp. I usually only need to moisturize my scalp once a week after I use the product. I do have high porosity type 4 hair, but I'm pretty heavy handed so the moisture usually stays in. But I also check it every two days to see if my hair needs moisture or not. And yes I use it on my scalp and edges because its a really good sealant. Just make sure to add water before put in the grease.
Lol I just bought a bunch of varieties, mix all of them together in a big tub. Now I have grease for years lol, and hopefully I get all the benefit from all. why is bey like that?! this got me tempted to use grease again.
Why I just used the Indian hemp one. The smell reminds me of my childhood ☺️
My mom used the Blue Magic conditioning hairdress back in the 2000's on my hair!! I did not know they had so many products.
yessss i would loveee to have that indian hemp it looks like it does bomb with twist outs !😻
Yes! My mom kept the Blue kind in our house lol I've used the blue, coconut one, and the Indian hemp. It does smell really good!
That would be me as well, with the straighting comb
Bergamot that is that old school.....I am 50 and my grandmother used the blue on my hair when I was a little girl.
I've been using the Indian Hemp one for yearssssss and I will faithfully use it and it will be the only grease I use 💚! Its amazing for braids and just to lock in moisture and give your hair shineee 🌟
I love this videooooo I was shook when I saw the new blue Magic’s in the the beauty supply it was so hard to choose😭
I have been using Royal Crown original formula since the 60's the same Company who produces Blue Magic. I'm surprised they didn't send you that as well.
Great video! It would've been fun to see you try all 18 -- maybe 18 braids, one type per braid?
I came to find out whether or not you bought all of them AND THEY SPONSORED YOU WITH... *18* 😭😭 they were _waiting_ for naturals to get back on grease 😂😂😂❤
😂💯
I never left!
Sis your hair is on fire 😍😍
Bergamot is like the original. 1950s hair grease. It was probably their first. 🤗
blue magic never failed me. my hair feels so freaking soft afterwords and I can style it with ease! Love it!
Thanks for the vid!
girl if you like the castor one, you’re probably going to LOVE the Indian hemp one, it smells sweet too with a hint of tea, it’s so nice and soft
I love the Indian hemp one. It smells soooo good.
That Indian hemp is the best one it’s great for braids or protective styles and smells so good
Softee and Blue Magic have almost the same lineup of greases like bergamot, Indian hemp, hair grow food, etc.
Which do you prefer and why?
@@jjwilliams9171blue magic is the best. Stick with the OG and you’ll never go wrong. Softee has been around for a long time too but the BM line is best.
First time I’ve grown my hair out I’m 43. I love it already. Only 8 months in. Started noticing breakage. Don’t like it lol. So I randomly bought blue magic conditioner hairdress at the store and researched later lol. Came across your blue magic video from last year and this one. Thanks for the insight. I feel happier now that I didn’t make a dumb decision. I’ll try some of their other products too now. Thanks 😊
Not Blue Magic 😭😂 I remember my sisters DRENCHING their hair with the blue conditioner one in the late 90s , they looked a hot ass greasy MESS
Am I the only one that never stopped using blue magic? 😂
Nope😂😂😂😅
I don't think I'm ever going to stop lol 😂
I have the Argan oil, castor oil, shea butter, hemp, tea tree. It’s so expensive on Amazon.
Growing up my mom used to mix the bergamot with castor oil.
Blue Magic is cheaper at Wal-Mart 2.88 cents
18 kinds wow when?! The Indian Hemp & Coconut ones are my go too smells really good. I used the Blue og & Green Bergamot ones back, back in the day those are the ones my Mom brought
