After not using any type of grease or blue magic product since I was a kid, I decided to try the Indian Hemp one since the ingredients sounded nice and I wanted something to hold in moisture better than my castor oil/rosemary oil/olive oil homemade mix was doing. Just like you said, it smells great! My hair stopped shedding as much. It stays moisturized longer and it isn't greasy. I as afraid it would stain my bonnet or pillow but it doesn't do it any more than my other products- maybe less.

The Blue Magic with castor oil, baby, let me tell you, your reaction to the scent made me want to try it (i'm a sucker for scents), and I love it in my hair more than the regular Blue Magic. On my hair the castor oil BM is less greasy, yet it provides the same shine and detangle factor I love about the original BM, but I love the scent of the castor oil more than the original.
