    I like the idea of using the leaves, because why not! Roasted cauli is one of my favorites, so I can’t wait to try it.

    Looks good! I'm not a fan of cauliflower because it gives me acid reflux but I think roasting it may help with that

    Hi, I enjoy very much your vegetarian recipes. I have a request please: in my asian grocery store I see many veggies that i do not know, it would be of great help if you could dedicate one day an insight on them. Cheers and thanks for this channel!

      Sadly my local asian shop is very small and only a handful of veg but if I ever visit one in London I will definitely make a video

      I think most toasted nuts would go well - walnuts, slivered almonds or hazelnuts too

    New book? Preordered! I’ve got all the others* and cook from them frequently so I can’t wait to have a read.
    *Not the baking book, alas I don’t have a sweet tooth.

    What can you use in place of chaat masala?

    • @natashabhan8230
      @natashabhan8230 2 месяца назад

      dry roasted cumin powder - this along with red chillies would lend it a bit of mexican flavour
