I NEEDED THIS SO MUCH!!! 💜💜💜 I feel like I haven't been dancing as much as I usually do while being pregnant. This felt so right to flow and move my body! 35 weeks and I think this is going to be part of my daily routine from now until my sweet boy arrives!!

But I use to love yoga before I got pregnant so you have helped me carry it on as much as I could! Can't wait to have the strength for post partum videos 🥰

Hello, I'm so happy to see this but do you have some of dance too for postpartum women, I want to ask you if you have some excersise to less pain. Of the spine after the burn since they give the epidural im having so.e pain in the spine I some times it is painful to sit or stand to much time..

Thanks Mary, it’s designed to be low impact and safe for all trimesters, but listen to your body and modify if needed. The goal of this one is to just have fun and move around (don’t worry about getting it perfect!)
