A lot of people forget that you used to have to pay to have access to stretch routines like this! I am in my third trimester and have been doing this daily and feel so great afterwards. I modify the frog pose to a yogi squat instead because it’s better on my hips and knees. I find it to be a similar purpose but a little easier if anyone wants to do this instead! I appreciate you taking the time to share this. It is obvious that you really thought about what stretches would be good for this phase and I can definitely tell in my body.
Very nice stretches. When I did the regularly, I can feel that my pain that i usually had got relieved. Hats off. The once I felt difficult is, down dog: where I felt that i might fall. Modified pigeon especially left was little hard, as I couldn't bend fully, as my tummy was not cooperating from around 30th week.

My wife is in the last trimester 28 weeks. Never exercise before ,is it okay to do this movement ? Is saw some straddles movement ,I wonder will it stimulate premature birth?
Really this helps so much, i am 32 weeks pregnant and my hips have been getting locked from how tight they are this really helps that. Also tmi It helps with the constipation if it started back up for anyone else like it has me in the 3rd trimester.

My problem is that I have weak knees so when I’m on my knees it’s very painful on my bones and I get scared my knees are going to lock up
I’m sorry! You can always place a small blanket or towel underneath your knees to add some cushion!❤

Just once is sufficient, but you can do it more than once if you feel like it! It won’t hurt!

Because... Doctors literally tell you as long as you can talk during your workout it's safe. As you can see she's pregnant and it was helpful to me
