I'm 18 weeks pregnant, and my OB asks me not to do any intensive workouts this month, so I decide to give this walking workout a try. This is so good, my body feels warm and energized! Will do this again!
21 weeks pregnant with second baby. Love that the class is constant movement, no breaks, which keeps the heart rate up and also makes the class fly by! I added some light hand weights for some extra arm spice! :)

After more than three months of just lying on the couch with hyperemesis and not being able to do anything at all, it's time to do something for my body and my condition again. On the first two attempts I only managed 10 minutes, but today I managed 23💪🏻. But the workout is a lot of fun and good for me! I will definitely keep doing it! Fantastic workout, Sally! I prefer this continuous style to HIIT, with all the breaks. The easy dance-style moves were fun, and kept my preschoolers entertained, too ;) I'm only 24 weeks along in my seventh pregnancy, but found this quite challenging - your fitness and strength are very impressive! There aren't many prenatal-friendly cardio workouts on RUclips, so this was a welcome change. I modified a couple of the moves, since I have an umbilical hernia - and paused for a sip of water halfway through. Thanks so much.
