They have a red-light machine that vibrates. It is good for stimulating the lymphatic system. I once paid a lot of money to a place for 8 sessions just fir that.

I thought this was going to be an actual wellness pod that provides the infrared light/heat. This machine is dumb and totally not worth paying the extra money for.

Two choices to choose from…regular and hybrid…
I’m guessing you have never actually set foot in Planet Fitness by your response…
