Dude i love this chair. After every workout. I start with the chair. I do the kneeding muscle option. Then i go to the bed and the slant bed. I use the lower back option. After im done i feel like its sleep time. So good yet wiped out. Thank You planet fitness

I do have a question: When someone has an appointment for one of these, are they logged in under a personal profile where they can create and save custom massage options to just click on next time? It would seem a shame to waste 3-4 minutes of that precious 10-minute massage window each time in order to choose & customize options.
Those hydromassage chairs work wonders they help relieve the pain and stress on my body i fell asleep on the hydromassage chair😂 it felt so relaxing i fell asleep immediately
I pay the blackcard membership for this and the chairs alone I interchange chair to aqua bed back to chair and walk out feeling brand new again after walking in super stiff some mornings sleeping in the wrong position early mornings or late night when no ones in the gym but a few peaple you can use it without waiting for it. I also wish I could buy the aqua bed and the massage chair from bed to aqua bed first thing in the morning for 30 min to feel brand new again would be amazing but I dont have 30k to buy both . but if I ever become rich id have both of these in my in my house. the chair to aqua bed back to chair 45 min of massage whatever is open and available at the time I show up and im reset and good to go!!!

Hey, Mel! I know lots of people get the Black Card membership for this particular amenity, so it’s not uncommon for someone to do so! It’s definitely a high-quality massage experience, is great post-workout and you can use it as often as you’d like as long as it’s not busy. The amenity I really use the Black Card membership for is to hop between different locations since I travel often, but this is a nice perk too if you want a relaxing way to recovery.
It was stated that the hydromassage lasts for 10 minutes. However, at my Planet Fitness center, the session is only 7 minutes! Have there been changes since this video was made, or are there differences between Planet Fitness facilities? It truly is a relaxing massage, but it would be great if it did last 10 minutes!

So I just used one of these chairs for 20 mins (speed 2, pressure 5-8) but I had the body level too high and it was hitting my neck and head. Now I’m home and the back of my head hurts. I’m worried and wondering what I should do? I didn’t know the settings before seeing this video. Any help or suggestions?
Kinda weird you get the normal massage chairs with it when the hydro massage is better you’d thing the regular would be in the normal membership or just be gone

i signed up 3 weeks ago and use two different clubs ... none of the Employees actually know how these chairs or beds work and they are totally clueless on how to operate the TOTAL BODY ENHANCEMENT machine ! I have sent two emails to the company asking how to operate it - NO LUCK
I use the total body enhancement. It has red lights for collagen in skin and works the muscled . You need sunglasses ***or little eye protection glasses. Use machine 3 times a week. One day in between. Session. U have 2 minutes to get ready. I leave on my underwear and socks You see red lights. Turn. On 1 ) Then go in. Close door. Put feet on vibration plate marks. 2 press start button. 2 times. 3 )press right arrow >. 2 times. For fan 😮u see fan light on right. Voice says. U pressed fan. 4). Press the left arrow

You need the planet fitness black card membership. It is $10 more per month but allows you to use tanning machine, massage chairs, bring a guest, and access to all planet fitness gyms. In my opinion, the massage chairs alone are worth it.
