Wear your own HR monitor. I don't like these things but they are good so I'm commuting myself to getting use to using one because my joints take a beating trail running at 69 years old. I like riding a real bike but not the ones at the gym and it's a little too cold to ride fast in the winter so Arc Trainer here we go. If Parker Valby can get trained on one it's gotta be good for me. She said she cranks it up all the way but I dont know if she means resistance or incline.

Yeah it’s a good option for cold weather 🥶 And she might mean both ☝️

It’s a great machine, especially if you use the full extension of your legs.

I want to see the screen! Is there any manual option? Or any .pdf ? It was too confusing for me at the gym, i.e. programming options.

Yes, there is a manual option! That’s all I ever use with cardio machines. I’m not a fan of premade programs. I like to be in complete control of my workouts.
On this machine, all you have to do is set the resistance and you’re good to go 👍🏼
