Thank you very much for explaing sooop beautifully and with patience. Without actuslly exaggersting You may have saved my life because I was practising KP inspite of high BP, overweight and senior age.
I had heard the high BP warnings against KP but nobody explained with the reasoning behind the warning. Bless you and Thank You once again.

Your teaching faculty is easy method every one easily understand . I am doing pranayam everyday 2 times but kapalabharathi and bhastrika done with high breathing .after 15 days I am getting pain in both lungs shoulder side just like air tight type

Hi Shaheeda,
My BP remains 140-90. It however keeps fluctuating. It went up to 180/110 at one time 3 years ago but since I took medication and it remains around 130-140/90 now.
I am 43 years of age. Job stress and career tension remains due to which I remain mentally disturbed all the time;and get flared up easily and frequently.
I do not consume Alcohol.
Quit smoking 3 years ago.
Weight under control. I am completely vegetarian.
I want to start practicing Yoga.
What shall I do? What Kriya/Pranayams /breathing technique to follow?
