This is such a key topic! A great post-purchase experience can make all the difference in building customer loyalty and getting them to come back faster. It’s awesome that you’re diving into this because so many brands focus on the sale but forget that what happens after is just as important.

Awesome 🎉 which post purchase app works best and does klaviyo helps segmenting audiences to build those retargeting ads? That would make for content for a great video🎉🙏

So I realize every content creator has to choose his niche and speak to his audience. I'm giving my feedback here because, if I were in your shoes, I would want to know when there was a problem I could fix. Here's the trouble: I'm not going to listen to a stream of profanity. This is content I'd enjoy learning, and I'm sure you know your stuff. But if the entree is served with a side of arsenic, I'm not interested.

You're right actually, will take it onboard. Normally I cuss a lot day to day so I don't try to dial it down on my content but I can see how it can turn off potential clients.

While i somewhat agree, i also see it as a "relatable" aspect as most people aren't 100% clean. It definitely gives it a personal touch, but i do see how it could potentially harm bigger clients.
