    Very helpful video thank you - do you have any additional info on using Show/Hide blocks within these types of emails to show relevant product content for the product purchased or is it best to keep all product specific content in an email of it's own usnig a trigger split. Starting to build out some complex flows and I want to make sure I get the foundations correct.

    love your videos - but what if we are missing shipping flows in our account - what is the alternative, starting from scratch? I guess - that kind of info be helpful specially for people who are just starting using thee platform

    Is there a way to attach the Klaviyo Reviews email and attach that to this flow? Or would you suggest keeping the Klaviyo review email separate?

  • @filipuranc5077

    Hey, doesn't this mean that only "subscribed" customers will receive these shipping updates?
    - Isn't it better to use the native shopify notifications to ensure 100% of customers get these emails? - or do I understand this wrong?

      In Klaviyo, post-purchase email flows can be sent to all customers who place an order, not just subscribed customers. By default, Klaviyo creates a flow that triggers based on the action of placing an order, which doesn't require the customer to be subscribed to your mailing list.

    What if you're on shopify - should we turn off the shopify order confirmation emails? Or keep them on...

    Do you turn off the default "Order fulfilled" email sent by Shopify in this case?

    Hey Kasey! Thank you so much for your amazing knowledge... I love your videos. Quick question, if Klaviyo doesn't put someone through a flow again if they've already been in it, how does this post-purchase flow work when you have a customer that purchases again?

    • @ls_marketingadvice
      @ls_marketingadvice Год назад

      Hi! Not sure if you figured it out already but usually you need to enable the re-enroll function so that customers can enter the flow everytime they match the trigger.

    In my flows, I’ve been doing 2-3 conditional splits and am wondering if I need to be doing them. 1. If someone is consented to receive sms only 2. If someone is consented to receive both, and if someone is consented ONLY to email. The thought process is if they’re consented to both, I want to send both 3 hrs apart. I want to make sure that the person is getting both if consented to both. When I only had consented to sms, yes or no, that the sms ppl only got sms’s and were missing the rest of the flow. Like it stopped at the email, and never went through the rest of the flow. I hope that makes sense. Would love your feedback

    I have maybe a silly question. If a customer signs up for a discount code, you put them in a welcome flow, but then when they order, they are placed in post purchase flow. So will they still receive the welcome flow as well?

    • @ECLADOR500
      @ECLADOR500 3 месяца назад

      i will explain to you when someone buys the product from the first or second welcome email flow he will automatically be out of the flow and be on the post purchase flow, I hope you understand this

    • @KaseyLuck
      @KaseyLuck  Год назад +1

      YES for UTM tracking everywhere. Smart sending is up to you. I leave it off in flows for the most part, and set it on for campaigns (so I’m prioritizing flow content over campaign content for recipients)

    Hey Kasey, thanks for your informative videos. Are you saying that you run this flow as well as a thank you flow post purchase? Or just the one? As wouldn’t they overlap each other?

    • @KaseyLuck
      @KaseyLuck  Год назад +1

      Yep, we usually run both: the TY & PP flows. The TY flow is sent first. We usually just make it one email (but that one email is different for recipients depending on whether it’s their first, second, or third+ purchase. That email comes first, and the we start sending the PP flow.
      So they don’t overlap
