    Top video. Thankyou so much for such clear and commonsense info. I have been trying to get my hobby group (Scottish Country Dance) interested in email promo but it is an uphill battle. I want them all to see your channel!🎉🎉🎉🎉

    What is the time delay after a lead abandons checkout to sending of the first email of the abandoned checkout flow?
    This was money, so good hearing a bit on how you do it! Thank you

      You can do testing with 2 hours and 4 hours time delays to see which one performs better.

    About the welcome flow, if the new subscriber signed up because of a coupon code, what if they after signing up place an order? Do they stay in the flow or do they go to the post purchase flow?

      Use flow filter Placed order zero times since starting this flow to exclude that customer from welcome flow.
