At this point, you have to wonder
I understand why you're asking this question, but judges cannot (nor are they expected to) know every single law let alone the multitude of interpretations and/or case precedence attached to each one. For some reason we tend to believe that judges know all. They don't. That is why case law and arguments for those laws are included in motions. It serves to educate judges. An attorney's job is to do the research and present their findings for the judge to make his/her own interpretation/opinion/ruling. Of course I'm not saying a judge should have no clue, but they cannot know everything. Sadow pulled case law from the late 1800's for this argument! Is it reasonable to expect this judge to know well over a century of case law for this one section of GA's hundreds (if not thousands) of laws?

Could it be that the Judge can see that the case is weak and by not dismissing Fanny he is allowing it to go forward in order to expose the massive discrepancies? The judge must know the president Trump's lawyers are top notch and very smart. He has to know they will completely expose Fany for the incompetent she is. Just a question for anybody out here. If Donald Trump would really like the pitbull say he wanted him to only handle all his trials. He has the right to legal representation. So could he demand that he wants that attorney for all his cases? Or would a judge say he has to have separate attorneys for each case? This could delay the case for decades
