He was getting older so he put more emphasis on improving his jump shot instead of beating himself up every night slashing against the big guys in the paint. And it showed. His mid range and 3 pt shot improved measurably and his style just flowed. More refined, not as raw. He was probably a more dominant player during that first 3-peat run, but he was a much better all-around player in the 95-98 3-peat. Just my opinion.
Also in the stat line was the 5 dunks. One was off a teammate's steal, two off his own steals, and two from blowing by his defender on the baseline. OUTSTANDING, SIR!!!
