    it's actually a complete embarassment when nba ''fans'' shamelessly put ANYONES name next to MJ. This is the MASTER of basketball. Next subject.

    Look how perfect, in every sense of the word, the move and shot at 1:37 is. On balance, elevation over the defender, textbook form and follow through. Incredible…I can't think of any other word to describe it.

    the beauty in jordan's game was he wasnt the biggest (SHAQ), most athletic (LBJ), or fastest player (AI) to play the game, he had just enough of each. What he did have tho, was the most complete basketball SKILLS ever, and a SERIAL KILLER instinct. No-one could dominate his position on both sides of the floor like he could. An sometimes, hell, MOST times he made that shit look unfair, ESPECIALLY in 1995-1996. An the fact the he had the 11's on while DESTROYING the league like never before (72 wins+Championship), was jus the cherry on top..it was truly a sight to see..Aye MONEY! Its gotta be the shoes!!

      This old Jordan in this video and he's making shots that coward like LeBron could only dream of young Jordan was apathetic God. So what are you talking about saying LeBron was more athletic?. Shit coward lbj didn't even enter the dubk contest because he knows he's limited athletically and his creativity is shit compared to jordan

    • @jlmtless
      @jlmtless 10 лет назад +10

      ***** i was jus sayin PHYSICALLY he is bigger than MJ, which is FACT. - skill wise, Jordan has him beat in every catagory...like i said in the comment

  • @ladistar
    @ladistar 10 лет назад +33

    holy crap, MJ was unreal. there were just so many ways that he could score on you. if he wasn't such a good passer and distributor to his other teammates, he probably could have averaged 40-50 points a game if he wanted.

    Awesome video.. Jordan is amazing during the regular games.. But in the playoffs, he is GODLIKE..
    95-96 Jordan (33yrs old): MVP, All-Star MVP, Final MVP, NBA 1st Team, All Defensive 1st team, 72-10, Scoring Champion, NBA Champion.

    So ahead of his time, even when he was old, he was dominating all those stars like Grant, Penny, Allen, Kobe, etc. Even when MJ was 40 he was matching Tmac, Vince, etc. THE GOAT.
    With coaches and players BOTH admitting that today it is easier to score, MJ at 27 (1988/89) would average 45 - 50 ppg today AND lead the league in steals also.

    I hate when people say Kobe is BETTER than MJ........lets compare shall we?
    MJ 6-time NBA Champion (6 Finals MVP and 6-0)-Kobe 5-time NBA Champion (2 Finals MVP and 5-2), MJ 5-time NBA's MVP-Kobe 1 NBA's MVP (2008), MJ 10-time NBA scoring champion-Kobe 2-time NBA scoring champion, MJ 1 NBA Defensive Player of the year-Kobe 0, (MJ 3-time Steals Leader-Kobe 0) MJ 7-time Sporting News MVP-Kobe 0)......and lets not forget Jordan retired for a year and a half. The defense rest your honor!

    MJ's intelligence and body control are from another planet, era, galaxy, etc. This is The most amazing basketball player ever. Kobe is a great shooter, and competitor, but it is not on the same league. Le Bron is a monster on the court, but Jordan is simply amazing.

    left, right, 3 points, in the paint, fade away, jump shot, it just doesn't matter to him! he makes them all! nuttttttts! my only regret is that I was young when he played and I did watch a lot of his games on tv, but its nothing like actually going to the stadium and watching the best player in the world play. pure greatness it is!
    Its amazing how better he gets when more than one defender guards him.. if 4 people came to guard him he will score none the less. I'm getting better just watching

    And people dare comparing this man to Kobe,or Lebron. Are you kids delusional or something? If Kobe or Lebron played against bad boys Pistons,the Knicks in Jordan's era, they would shit their pants. Jordan got beat up, and still dominated throughout his whole career, all the while putting up amazing NUMBERS against that tight defense. If Jordan was young and in his prime and played in our era, he would avg about 45 to 50 ppg. I mean come on, this is the greatest man to ever touch a basketball.

  • @truchampz
    @truchampz 13 лет назад +1

    Man back then there was nothing like the feeling when the Bulls game was on. You never knew what you were going to see him do. I remember not liking him when I was kid because everybody else liked him having never seen him play in like 1990. I sat down one day and said let me see what everybody is talking about and I was hooked from that day forward. I watched NBA basketball just to see him play. Once he left....there's nobody I enjoy watching as much. The end of an era :(

  • @nj23dublin
    @nj23dublin 12 лет назад +1

  • @utubefanbase
    @utubefanbase 12 лет назад +1

    Watching MJ now that he has retired is like a joke. I mean the guy was too good. I really do not think his greatness can be measured. So yea Kobe is a 8/10, Lebron a 9/10 but MJ is not even on the scale. Especially at min 9:12 was mind boggling. Newman was playing as good a "D" as you could play and MJ still scored. And whats impressive is not the score but rather how he baited him in. Unguardable.
