This is one of those rare occasions where the new theme is better than the original. I love those trumpets make it feel like a boxing montage like fight.
Probably one of my fav themes in this game as far as the master rank monsters a fun fight indeed....tho raging was even more challenging...but still fun none the less
I have no choice but solo him, nobody atended my signal flare xD... It wasn't that bad, it took me 33 minutes but take him down eventually, I was HH... Just give him space and attack between charges, bring good armor, above 700 DEF... It works good on me xD
I don’t really have the option to play with other players (seeing as I don’t have Xbox live) so hunting every monster solo is just what I do. He wasn’t too difficult, just enough to get my adrenaline going
A lot of times I see these vids, showing off the rather epic world renditions of classic monster themes, there's alllwwaaayys one or a few nostalgia fans that say it ain't as good as the original. Yes, I can understand why the original may be approved more and, that it's what people have preference for but, some (I will repeat for the hard of reading) SOME older fans can't take off nostalgia glasses and, appreciate a brand new, remastered theme for one of the coolest monsters that can be safely called "Mike Tyson" in monster hunter.
Personal opinion is personal opinion, and people have different tastes! My issue with the new themes is while I like how they sound they really lack that 'oomph' that was present in the old themes. I felt that way about most of worlds soundtrack EXCEPT when it came to mount version of the themes. That additional percussion did a really good job of adding a more dangerous feel to them. Most of worlds base themes I don't go out of my way to hum or are memorable, but the mount version I remember very clearly. Brachydios theme for example in world sounds pretty underwhelming, however I sped it up to 1.25 and now sounds quite alot better, what I would like to hear is someone cross this with the old theme.

I simply do not like those that make it seem their opinion is law and, any and all those that go against their opinion is ridiculed and put down. You, my friend, aren't one of those kind of people and, thus you have my respect.
I personally like most of the new themes, only one i didnt like was glavenus, However it sounds good with acidic, i feel that the more instrumental new theme fits more sith its fighting style

Normal brachy was hard at first for me but after a few times solo hunting became easy. Raging is still a pain in the ass. his much larger size and fact he covers the entire 50 miles around him with explosive slime nonstop make it annoying.
The original theme never really had much of a high point. It kinda just went on with little variation, one of the few old tracks I actually got sick of hearing after a while.

After fighting Brachydios I thought he was hard. After fighting Raging Brachydios I thought he was piss easy

This honestly the one monster I can’t solo. His movement and constant non stop assault makes this tough.
Yeah it's super aggressive. Something I found which may be of some use (or not) is that dodging towards rather than away often helps avoid its attacks

Mauro Dellistefano you know once you get past a cutscene you can leave the quest and then just join others SOS quests. That’s what I did

i didnt find him too tough, though thats probably a product of me hunting AT nergigantes solo for fun before iceborne dropped
