that was my very first bike I bought new back in 86($2400), rode it on a 3 hr trip back to the house without ever had ridden a motorcycle 🤣, thank for the memories👍
Gorgeous Bike, Back in the Day, I owned TWO of these. The first one was Black that i got from a Salvage after it had been in a California Storm partial flood. I disassembled the bike , cleaned everything, changed all the fluids and it looked and ran beautifully. It was Brand new, and I paid 1300 for it. The Second was the Exact bike you have here, same color everything, bought it with 7,000 miles and rode it until it too had to be sold when i needed money. I loved the smooth power the 500cc Motor and Shaft Drive put out, for me it was the best rides of the bikes I owned.
saw a 95, started it up for me yesterday here in WI 19 degrees out after sitting for 8 months for $500, a bit of rusting chrome, new tires. Actually "needs" nothing, jump on and ride.... come spring. I am looking for something in the 750 range as a fixer upper, not sure how these 500 cc sell if replace a few bits of chrome.
This was my very first street bike, bought it with my own money, paid cash from working with my dad roofing houses, I carried shingles, did clean and hand nailed shingles for 3 years… I was 14 when I bought this bike. That’s a good looking example. For sale..?

Nice bike, love it ✌️
Do you know how can I get the manual for this motorcycle? I want to repair mine by myself
You can download a pdf online there is one in eng. For an 83 i think. They all the same shadows in the 80s
Very beautiful bike. 🙂
Sharp looking bike!
ILOVE this Bike
Great beginner bike, very easy to ride.
I think VT (v-twin), VF (v-four) - MAGNA
a nice clean Honda always a great choice
VT500, VF500 was Magna V30

I had one back in ‘88 . At the time I was 190 lbs….it was way too underpowered. Still, wish I still had it.
