Il y a ici de nombreux cimetières militaires du Commonwealth. Je me rends régulièrement dans ceux-ci et j'ai une forte pensée pour tous ces hommes morts pour notre liberté. You did the song justice. Thank you. I was not old enough to join them. They said I had to be 21 to get an A team but that I could go as a clerk or some other job that did not involve fighting. Funny thing, though, I went to the 173RD Airbone and carried the M60 in combat for my year in Nam. I feel bad that I could not get into the SF, but it is what it is. Thanks again and I look forward to more music from you.

Actually, they died trying to impede the liberation n unification of Vietnam. After WWII, the french tried to reclaim the colony, but was defeated. Then, it was the amerikans' turn, to be defeated as well.

Although at 1:44, I see you added a German monument, the "39er Memorial", located in Düsseldorf - North Rhine-Westphalia.
"This memorial commemorates the 39th Fusilier-regiment. It referres to the First World War and it is erected in juli 1939 (very short before the start of the Second World War)
The memorial contains the text:"Fuer des Deutschen Volkes Ehre und Freiheit (For the German people honour and freedom)" ."
Kind of interesting that you have a monument commemorating the German Imperial Army of the Great War... but I'm not mad since I learned more about the world through your inculsion of it.
Right away, I knew it was German, at least due to the shape of the soldiers' helmets.
Then afterwards, ANOTHER German monument to the Nationale Volksarmee (NVA) of Soviet-Alligned East Germany, clear by the unfirom and shape of the helmet.
Was this all intnentional or did you just use stock photos to fill gaps in the video?
Prior to Rule Britannia (the first to use original filming), all the non-animated videos with images or clips were solely based on royalty-free stock items, many from free sites where uploaders generically titled items as "monument" and had filenames of number strings. Pond5 was better at descriptive labelling, as it was a paid site. Pexels and Pixabay were great for being free, but were inconsistent with descriptions and naming. The item at 1:44 has a URL name of "monument-stone-national-architecture". I'm not an expert at recognizing uniforms or helmets to identify different military groups. WW1 and WW2 affected many countries, and some had monuments for each other in various places, so I opted to be more inclusive of monuments I didn't recognize.

Yes, it is sad that the government sends people to be killed or permanently injured, some drafted against their will, and then abandons them upon returning, failing to adequately take care of them. The government does not have good priorities, among many dysfunctional problems.
