- I got the idea for this animatic right as I boarded a twelve-hour flight and the song came up in my Spotify queue. I then made the very poor decision to challenge myself to finish the whole thing before I got off the flight. An Animatic-athon, if you will.
Well that plan fell through because I fell asleep seven hours in and it took me over five months to finish the rest OH WELL

Honestly the idea of Martin becoming a villain after Jon's death is such a tasty idea and I'd definitely love it if someone could recommend me a fic with this premire.
Those of you not watching on desktop wouldn't see this, but after Annabelle says "what?" the area around the video starts glowing green. I didn't even know you could change the colour there. This is awesome.

Your design for Annabelle was incredible, and the emotion you showed in her face was truly wonderful to see. Most fans of the series always depict her cunning and manipulative sides above all else, but she is far more than that. Even John had some degree of control in his life leading up to the end, but Annabelle was always born to "save" the Fears. Not everything she says is a lie, rather, she prefers to tell truths in specific ways. Out of all the Fears, the Web has the most complicated relationship with its avatars. Anyone who knows you as an avatar of the Mother of Puppets will always believe what you say to be a lie, regardless of intent, and that drives everyone she meets to metaphorically eat themselves alive on their own paranoia. It must truly be an awful existence to have to live with the reoccurring knowledge of the insignificance of free will; humanity feared being used in a master plan, and through the fear, their lack of free-will manifested into reality. Post-ep197, Annabelle's purpose for existing was finished, but John allowed her to continue to live. I hope she made it through to the other side, and through that, maybe she can spin a new life for herself.

So... I have never wanted a sequel story to Magnus more... Like I'm satisfied with the ending... But this has set a fire in me that I want to see *this* plotline filled where Martin goes on a rampage cause he has to live with everything that happened
If I ever find a good fic that explores this I’ll lyk. I’ve found a few good ones, but most are pre canon or S1 adjacent

Considering the sequel series we’re getting, I have never wanted more than right now for Martin to be the main villain who is fighting to pull some version of Jon back from the place in between. I love the hell out of villains whose core motivation is love

Oooh fic idea Martin survives and since John's body was never recovered. He assumes he fell into the other dimensions, determined to get John back. He becomes a full avatar for one of the powers and spends the rest of his eternity trying to Open up portal to the other dimensions starting the apocalypse again to bring John back
