I am 5'11 @60kgs at the moment eating 3000 or 3000+ calories everyday (around 120-150g protein) Not doing any excess cardio,carb intake is also good still can't gain weight , strength gains are going ok but weight and size not so much ☠️
@@vihangchaudhari i used to ,my diet and sleep took some hits after this comment went to 59kg and then bulked to 64kg in few months (1 month ago), had exams last month so again took a hit went to 62.5kg i am barely eating 2200-2400 cals atm from past 1-2 months will slowly increase and start tracking again let's see hoping to cross 65kg mark in next 2 months and 70 by year end perhaps
